Loved Mrs. Paula and all the other workers. Will continue going to this place forever. I have been there twice and both times were the best experience that i have had, out of all the places ive tried around Ruston. The haircut i have is not technically easy with my hair type (sort of curly, thick, and short) and she knocked it out of the park not once, but twice. Very professional and amazing customer service. Make you feel very welcomed and you can tell that they have plenty of experience, not only with the finished product, but how they can explain every product and find the best for YOUR hair out of all the different stuff they have to offer. Will definitely be coming back a 3rd time to get my bangs and hair cut. Added some photos of both haircuts. First two are all natural and when my hair was a little longer. Please don’t go here for a mens haircut. It’s horrible. I have never gotten a worst haircut ever in my life before. I only asked for a mid fade and short the length on the top. Fade is so horrible that the lady didn’t even care to blend it in. I got called out this weekend for having a worst fade at pecanland mall.first time trying here and i will never forget this scar. AGAIN PLEASE DONT CUT YOUR HAIR HERE. the lady just kept chatting gossipns with her daughter while cutting my hair. I thought she knew what she was doing. I could’ve gone to a grass cutter and he would’ve done a better job i think. It’s not even about the money the service if f****n awful. Service: Haircut

Very professional! Ms. Stephanie Brown did my hair. It is sooo cute. I like how she knows so much about hair and told me all the products to use for my textured hair. Will definitely be back to see her!

Our stylist was Stephanie and let me tell you she was amazing! A 4 year old and a 2 year old for her first cut and she was able to handle them immaculately! Definitely recommend! Service: Haircut

Down out the worst service ever! My ole man just wanted a basic simple men's cut, stylist completely butchered his hair. She was To busy talking about taking narcotics. Claims she's been a stylist for 20 years, well someone with that experience shouldn't have any problem doing a high and tight men's cut....lady you should be ashamed of yourself and probably seek a rehab!

My stylist Venetta was great.. She used what she had to accommodate what I wanted done to my hair.. I only wish they were more up to date with African American women hair.. She of course can cut but flat ironing my hair was a challenge.. But over all it was a good experience..hats off to Venetta

My stylist, Keirsten, was absolutely amazing! She was professional, friendly, and good at her job! I’m only rating 4 stars because the manager was absolutely rude. She had an attitude with every customer that came. She even looked at me and my stylist said “I don’t want to cut his hair” when a client came to the desk. She was absolutely unprofessional. She even had a small yelling match with a another customer. I can’t imagine how she could have a job anywhere, let alone a personable job like this...she was rude every time she answered the phone. My hair dresser had to apologize. She made everyone uncomfortable. This was not a one time thing. It was constant. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
