Never had a bad experience. Sometimes I order just a medium tea and they upgrade it to a large at no extra cost. :) Breakfast and chicken sandwiches always fresh, just wished they had Mac and Cheese!

Was greeted with a very rude employee with an attitude only to find out that they did not serve grilled items and they fries that I did order we’re extremely stale and cold. Awful experience!

Manager was very rude when I went to pick up food. She asked another employee “what does this boy want.” She was also on the phone and yelling at other customers that were picking up Grubhub orders.

This place is amazing the workers are hard working and take the time to learn our names and interact with the customers always started my day off smiling especially because of Kim she always kept telling me to wake up and smile

This is NOT a real chick fil a. This is the on campus one run by Aramark. They don't take gift cards, don't give rewards points, the food is sub par and 20% more than a real chick fil a, and the staff can be extremely rude. The manager in particular will make you come back to the register and pay for a 12 cent ketchup packet when the cashier forgot to ring it up.

If you are not white or black, don't go to this chick-fil-a, I've had the staff make racist remarks about me and made fun of my Hispanic name. Food isn't even good to begin with tasting like a leftover microwave dinner. Edit to clarify that this is the on campus location.

I was super excited for this location to open but unfortunately it just doesn’t meet my expectations of a good Chick-fil-A. Cold fries and sub-par nugs. The campus and west Monroe locations serve higher quality food unfortunately. We were rooting for you; we were all rooting for you!

It's a campus Chik-Fil-A with a limited menu. Expect long wait times in excess of 45 minutes at peak hours and late openings/early closings. My order was frequently incorrect despite not being remotely complicated. I wouldn't ever recommend this over the new Chik-Fil-A by Office Depot, but you're on campus so what choice do you have?
