To start, the atmosphere is toxic. Its like a bunch of grown women with highschool mentalities. They act uppity, arrogant, and are unapologetically phony. They giggle and gossip and verbally express a willingness to help, but fail to actually be helpful. I hate the feeling of even walking into that place and will not go back or recommend anyone to go there. I've intentionally went there "dolled up" and "dolled down." The difference in how you're treated when they think you have money vs. when they don't is sickening! I won't spend another penny there.

Got the tropical glow and pineapple tree hut scrub as well as the sun bum shampoo,conditioner and anti-frizz spray. The workers were caring and asked us if we wanted to sign up for a Ulta card and if we found everything we were looking for. I was looking for the coconut lime tree hut scrub and the didnt have it. The scrubs were in two different sections(same isle just separated by other items.)

Easy pickup from app orders, friendly staff, and great selection. They have good sales and an excellent reward program. Lots of great things for gift giving.

The sales person helped me pick out my purchases. All I had to do was tell them what I was looking for including my correct shade of make up. Wonderful sales and a large supply of cosmetic products.

This is BY FAR my favorite location and I don’t live anywhere close to here! The store is very clean/organized and every single employee (I even so much as made eye contact with) was extremely polite and asked if I needed any help. Elizabeth in the Brow Bar/Benefit area was nothing short of amazing. She was so helpful and patient with me. She tried a new concealer on my under eye area and was very gentle and clean. That means a lot to me. Haha! Anyways, I really enjoy my trips to this store when I’m out near Ruston! Elizabeth, you’re the bomb!

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, really educated on their products, and the service is always swift. I also use their salon for all my cut and color needs- Katt has always been great to work with and has always let me leave feeling my best. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks guys!!

It's so nice to have a local Ulta. The staff are always so polite and go above and beyond to make conversation at check out but they don't bug you while you're shopping, just ask if you need help at the door and let you come to them, which is ideal to me. Anytime I have a question they can answer it. Some displays are sometimes cluttered/messy (it looked like someone had jumbled up some of the Pacifica skincare at my last visit, almost like they knocked it down and then just stuck it back on the shelf in a hurry) but there's only so much you can do about that at a busy store.
