Best car repair in Portland, Maine (ME) 2024

Disappointed! I ordered a mirror for my 2015 Subaru Forrester not exactly a rare car. Was told it would be new glass with a new heated backing plate that just snaps in. Piece comes just glass will not work. Go to get a refund they charged my $9 for shipping will not refund. Is what it is and I would be fine but I feel I was lied to multiple time never was I told there would be a freight charge to simply order the part I need. Will not use them again ~Ian

I can't speak highly enough of Hamilton. They are responsive, professional, thoughtful, honest, straightforward, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.
