Finally gave up on this location, can't get the coffee I want before work, I asked the barista if she can reset the coffee machine her respond was" it is not my job to clean and reset the espresso machine". Employee's are great saying hello when you come to the store but service in general are horrible. ~Asrat

I went to the 7eleven on Washington Blvd to grab a few things because this store is better than the Franklin St store which is closer to my home. In any regard, I purchased a whole uncooked cheese pizza, 2 drinks on sale for 2 for 3$, a jar of cheese sauce, and a bag of Tortilla chips. I was charged 32 dollars and some change and was not able to get my money refunded back to me. The cashier was very mice however she kept adding charges and then voiding them out. She did that about 3 or 4 times. The guy that was working there had to show her how to charge me for a uncooked pizza with foodstamps because she kept adding it as it was a cooked item. I am really disappointed about this. No one is answering the phone no matter what time of day or night it is. I just want the extra money back that was taken off my card but it seems like I will have to take this as a loss. This took place on August 16th...lets see how long it takes to be corrected that is if it will be corrected. ~Ashanti

I have been a customer at CVS for many years, and I have loved my experience with the pharmacy staff and also the customer service representatives in the store. But today I would like to take the time to thank a young lady that made my experience exceptional her name is Mo… she is definitely an asset to the CVS family! Her customer service skills are impeccable, she not only helped me with looking for a certain item because she had the time she also mentioned the new CVS app where my coupons will go from now on! Great Customer Service! :-) It's roomy in there which; makes for a wider selection of drinks. They do sell cigars too and; not to mention they have a lounge side. I've only been once and; it was very awesome and; I was treated very nicely. ~Jah's

Again my name is Kenneth Black and I'd like to bring up again that I had in your store about a week ago with your cashier about a coupon from a cup of coffee that I purchased in your store but later finding out that I couldn't redeem it because your sell out of date merchandise still trying to make a profit. This is a poor look from the management of your store and I do ever thing that I can to bring this to light. Times are hard enough without having to be taking advantage of by stores in your community and will tell everyone that I come in contact with of your poor service. Kenneth ~Kenneth
