I towed my car to this place and everyone is nice and friendly. However, after they diagnosed my car they told me that they don't have tools to replace bad part. I found that strange. They were probably not sure what to do. So, I have to tow my car again. Before you take your car there, ask them if they have tools, or take your car somewhere else. ~Nedim

This was the first Mercedes Benz Dealer I ever have gone to have work done on my vehicle, I was in a minor fender bender back in late November, my old experience with dealerships is never hearing from them, never explained the charges, etc.But, I was extremely pleased with not only how fast the parts came in, but how hard working and focused the staff is here! My specialist was Jackie P. She was absolutely amazing!!! She always kept me up to date with the smallest detail going on, she answered all my questions and helped me through the payment process with ease! I understand staff shortages but this location is rocking it even with less staff! I am very impressed and will 1000% be returning for more excellent service ! ~Spencer

Three stars is generous, if I am being honest. My boyfriend and I frequent this Dunkin often, and normally I don't have complaints. More recently though, we've been getting bagels with no cream cheese whatsoever. We ask for cream cheese, and we get a small glob. This is absurd. I should be getting a good amount of cream cheese if I am paying $4 per bagel. 😠 ~Ryan

Have taken my 1 year old here twice now for blood draws (after a bad experience at a different lab). Done efficiently and with 1 poke each time and super friendly staff. It's a bit out of the way for me, but will continue making the drive whenever my kiddo needs labs. ~Rachel

Asked for extra cheese cus if not they give it to you like this. I ordered and paid for extra cheese and still got this😂🤔…….. then I called and asked for it to be replaced and delivered to me to avoid having to make an extra trip due to their mess up but was told they don’t do that because it was a carry out order. Ok and…… you all messed up the order not me so you all should accommodate for that. Having to do this enough times you’ll tighten up and make sure orders are correct because now it’s costing you! The gentleman was nice and stated he would refund me. That wasn’t what I asked for, that wasn’t the point. I wasn’t worried about a refund just make what I ordered. Oh well, maybe next time. ~Kylea
