This is my favorite Petco branch in Maryland so far. If you make the effort to be engaging and ask good questions the staff will go out of their way to be helpful and kind. It makes you feel like a million bucks. And they are always welcoming to my animals which I love even more. We've gotten some terrific deals as well as high quality products and have found that over the last few weeks I guess it's been about 6 weeks now we've been able to highly enjoy great service from each one of the staff members we've encountered especially Brandon, Becca and Betsy. They really have made me feel welcome and cared about as well as showed so much knowledge about the products and how to best utilize being a Petco regular customer. Such as tips as to when to expect to see new stuff come in during the week and upcoming events like the pet vaccination. That clinic gave me an opportunity to try out the service and get my beloved dog updated ahead of schedule. I mainly used it because I wanted to do things to patronize this terrific Store Branch and they're wonderful staff. I plan to be a regular visitor at the store for a long time to come. Thank you for treating me so well. Thank you for providing terrific food, Alicia's harnesses, outfits oh The outfits we get so many compliments on her beautiful straw hat rubber ducky raincoat and fancy jackets from Petco you wouldn't even believe it. You would think that she was a show dog or an actress dog with a fan club when we go out. People literally stop me to take her picture and I'll gawk at my sweet dogs adorable outfits. And since she's such a good dog they enjoy visiting with her and petting her as well. ~Gabby

I thought it was a fluke there was no way my experience was the norm. And then I looked at the reviews and realized that it was not it is absolutely ridiculous. Both the store manager and pharmacy manager need to be replaced. This is my second month filing my script and the scond time it is not ready. There is a long line of people in line, during a pandemic and everyone is complaining that their meds aren't ready. I've been in the store for 27 min and non of the 4 attendants in the pharmacy have touched the phone. All the while you can hear the audible beep and recording that say "You have one Pharmacy call holding" which now explains why I waited 17 min on hold and finally gave up. You are messing with peoples health and wellness. We expect better CVS. ~Tracy

Every two months I have my Standard Poodles groomed here. One of the groomers comes from the grooming school where my poodles came from. I am very happy with their grooming services. - Jon ~Jon

I am just now leaving the store and tried on several things. There is a young woman in the store named Sam. She was so sweet and patient! She opened the changing room for me, didn't get an attitude when I asked for help, and was just so pleasant and kind. Other store employees have attitudes when you ask for help or ask for a room to be opened. Sam has great customer service! She deserves 5 stars, but I gave a 4 star rating for the overall store because not everybody in there is as pleasant as Sam so just be aware. Thanks Sam! ~M

Very thankful for this small business. One of the most honest quality experiences that I have had in a long time. Needing a stereo for the jeep stopped in based on reviews. The owner personally waited on me. Very knowledgeable and took his time to understand my needs and price range. Pulled up the stereo online to show me I'm getting the best price. When I asked for an install appointment, told me right now! Very happy with the professional install.
