Absolutely a great experience, Eli has awesome customer service!!! He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what services my card needed. I didn't feel robbed and the prices were affordable. Keith was also great and really cared about my car's needs... Best machanic I've encountered in a long time...I'll definitely be back!!! .

Not a bad place… Eli makes sure my car is handled properly and with care. I give a 4 store because it can be a little more clean as you’re waiting for your vehicle. Other then that great shop.

I will not go back to Mr. Tire again. This is the second time that Mr. Tire has told/sold me something that was not needed or true. This time I had my tire sensor light on in the car. I went to get and oil change. I mentioned to the agent that the tire sensor light was on. He said he would check it and let me know what was wrong. So they checked and called me back and said for it was a tire sensor and for $125 dollars they could fix it. So I agreed. Once I got my car back the sensor light was still on. The agent said you may have to drive on it for it to go out. (Saturday-Morning) So I drove all day on it Saturday. Light never went out. So I called Mr. Tire back up and the agent said bring it on Sunday we open at 9. So I came back Sunday but no one showed up by 9:30. So when I went back on Wednesday the 8th of December. The agent went out and looked at the car and said maybe we need to put some air in the spare. This could be causing the sensor, So they drove the car around back. Came to me and showed me the same reading on the same gadget that the agent went out front and used at first. Now there is another sensor that is bad, BULL I will be calling BBB and every agency to file complaints. This is just terrible.

The Manager Joseph and his pheromonal staff worked on my car. They took the time to explain every detail about my car including why I wasn't able to pass my emissions test. Previous places that I had taken my car too would try to up sale me on parts and labor along with telling me unnecessary items to get fixed. Joseph worked with in my budget and provided tips on how to better take care of my car once I am gone. Now my car runs smooth as butter with the new struts alignment and coolant. I feel I can go several more years with my 2007 Nissan Sentra. :)

This location is appalling. I had to give one star just to make a post, but really, one is far too kind. I scheduled an appointment to drop my vehicle off for an oil change on 11/12/21 between 8am and 11am. I arrived at 851am. The lights were on. However, the doors were locked. No one answered the phone. There were other patrons who had been waiting for an hour and they too had appointments. This location is ridiculous. If the appointments could not be kept or if limited staffing prohibited them from opening, a simple phone would have sufficed. Instead, I was left standing in the rain waiting for someone...anyone...to open the door so I could drop off my vehicle and head to work. This location is not dependable AT ALL. If you actually want to be serviced by a Mr. Tire location and receive excellent customer service, head to the White Marsh location. They actually WANT your business.

I had to wait in the lobby for over 1 hour with both of my kids since they did not order the right tires for the appointment I scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time. I was the 2nd in line and obviously hands full with kids. Still took them probably 30+ minutes to check the shop to see if they had 4 tires in my size (common size). I had ordered Cooper tires but they could only offer Kelly and some others in stock. So I didn't end up getting what I had wanted either but I needed the job done so I had the Kelly put on. But I would have felt better with what I had originally spec'd but they failed to order the tires. How hard is it to be prepared to do the job and order the parts the customer requested? Unless they can somehow show me that I will have a better customer experience next time, not going back. Waste a huge amount of my time and created lots of unnecessary stress to not do the job as we had agreed upon weeks before appointment time.
