I am just now leaving the store and tried on several things. There is a young woman in the store named Sam. She was so sweet and patient! She opened the changing room for me, didn't get an attitude when I asked for help, and was just so pleasant and kind. Other store employees have attitudes when you ask for help or ask for a room to be opened. Sam has great customer service! She deserves 5 stars, but I gave a 4 star rating for the overall store because not everybody in there is as pleasant as Sam so just be aware. Thanks Sam!

Could’ve been a nice experience if the damn air was working! I don’t understand why they are working in that hot a** store. I would’ve been clocked out. Overall they were nice. Very respectful cashiers in there.

The Muslim female manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. As a paying customer I have a right to ask if giving my phone number was a necessity. She said yes, and as I proceeded to give it to her she decided other wise and began to ring me up. I told her her attitude wasn’t needed and she stormed off cursing and yelling without completing my purchase. That is very tasteless and disgusting of a manager of a store. That was my first time at that location and I will be taking this to corporate

I used to work at Madrag with Tiffany being the GM and what a horrible GM she is. She hired this operations manager named (minique) or something and that woman was a menace. Tiffany really tried to bully me into actually saying the words “good morning” to the operations manager. I would say “hey” and “hi” but Tiffany wanted to be weird and make me say good morning specifically to that woman. I never liked the operations manager and for good reason. Once I quit, I found out from an old manager there (Corinne) that she was robbed at gun point by the operations managers boyfriend. Tiffany didn’t even reach out to Corinne afterwards to check on her which makes me believe Tiffany set it up for her own store to be robbed. It’s sad and ghetto and ultimately disgusting how Tiffany hires black women just to tear them down and make them feel less than. She shouldn’t even still be manager but hey, the company is desperate.

I visited this store on a saturday at 5 pm and it was busy. Store was very disorganized with associates walking around talking bad about other associates. Shoe area was in a complete and utter mess with shoes everywhere and even out of boxes and some paired with other shoes. Picked up multiple items off the clearance rack that had sale stickers to be told at the register that the price had gone back up and the ticket was wrong and the sale price that was marked on the tag would not be honored. I didnt make a fuss about it but having worked in retail before i know that the tag should have been the honored price when doing honest business. Overall its a decent place to shop if you come early and the store is still clean

The clothing is nice and they have reasonable pricing. Today I went there to browse. Ended up buying a few pieces. As I was leaving, the door alarm went off, I go back and she checks my items. I go to leave , again, the alarm goes off. The two workers are looking at me funny.. the girl says let me check your bag again or it could be just you...with a side eye. Like I’m a thief or something..I’m not!.....all that just to find SHE left a hidden sensor on my purchased item... that made me feel a little uncomfortable!
