Clean store that still looks new and offers a wide variety of pharmacy and convenience items. The staff I have come into contact with are helpful and pleasant. Wait times for the pharmacy are not as long if you avoid the drive thru.

The older gentleman pharmacist is always so informative and helpful! And Ms.Susan who works behind as a pharmacy tech is just an absolute ray of sunshine! She’s so kind. The best in Parkville.

Absolute awful customer service. I went there and stood in line for 20 minutes for an Rx transfer from Walgreens. They told me to come back in 2 hours and it would be filled. After returning 2 hours later & standing in line AGAIN for 20 minutes they told me the pharmacist forgot to call Walgreens for the transfer and it still wasn't ready. I will not be returning and having my doctor send it elsewhere. Worst customer service i've ever seen

Scheduled a covid booster for 6am as it was the only appointment available. Received multiple reminders. Arrived on time. Informed that the pharmacist was not in. A courtesy call would have been appreciated.

I was scheduled to receive my vaccine and they sent me a text an hour before and cancelled my appointment! Now I have to reschedule my vaccine when I should be able to get it at any location if the one I scheduled at is having issues. I spoke to someone at another CVS location and she was beyond rude and unhelpful and refused to just give me the vaccine there instead.

If you plan to get a Covid shot, print out their confirmation! It disappears on their website. Was hoping to get a booster, scheduled on CVS website. Pharmacist finally appeared to tell me that I don't have an appointment. The only confirmation I had was a text from CVS with a link, but the link showed no appointment. Third time having a lousy experience at this store and it's only been open for about a year. Will stay away in the future.

I made an online appointment to get my covid booster shot. The only times available were between 1 and 5 am. I made the apt for 1 am on Dec 3. I arrived at location, the only woman at the pharmacy claimed she couldn't find my appointment. I showed her my confirmation email and text message. She said "you'll have to come back tomorrow as a walk in". I kindly explained that I couldn't and asked if I could be a walk in right now. She laughed and said I don't have the time for that. There was literally no other customers there. She refused my appointment and in turn refused me my vaccine. I will be notifying the health department about this as well.

RUSSELL terrible customer service when he got to me. All the white people he treated with respect and then gave me attitude. The pharmacist cut him off and assisted me from a cross the room. I told him he had bad customer service he said ok. PLUS HE WORKS IN THE PHARMACY AND DOES NOT HAVE HIS MASK ON! He is talking to a pharmacist while making the drop off people wait. Terrible terrible terrible!!!

I thought it was a fluke there was no way my experience was the norm. And then I looked at the reviews and realized that it was not it is absolutely ridiculous. Both the store manager and pharmacy manager need to be replaced. This is my second month filing my script and the scond time it is not ready. There is a long line of people in line, during a pandemic and everyone is complaining that their meds aren't ready. I've been in the store for 27 min and non of the 4 attendants in the pharmacy have touched the phone. All the while you can hear the audible beep and recording that say "You have one Pharmacy call holding" which now explains why I waited 17 min on hold and finally gave up. You are messing with peoples health and wellness. We expect better CVS.
