Best car repair in Rockville, Maryland (MD) 2024

Made the mistake of taking my car there for an oil change before driving to the beach. When I was getting close to my destination, my engine started making a whirring sound. When I pulled over and popped the hood, I found that the mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on the engine! There was oil EVERYWHERE as you can see in my picture. Luckily, the cap was still sitting on the grill near the wipers. I had to add two quarts of oil to get the level back to normal. This is extreme negligence. I will never take my car there for an oil change again nor would I recommend using them for any more complicated repairs. ~M

I came in for an oil change and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I initially came in for an oil change, when the manager showed my air and cabin filters, there was no question they had to be changed. The service was fast and the prices were competitive. I recently found these guys through a friend and ended up purchasing one of my dream cars, a used E90 M3 from them. Although it needed some major and minor repair work done to it, they were able to work with me and make it run again. The previous owner had spun a bearing and basically blew the engine, once they rebuilt the engine, the car was running stronger than ever. It also needed some body work I wanted to be fixed, specifically the rear bumper (mainly cosmetic, but trust me it was an eyesore) By the time it was all buttoned up, they had repaired the bumper. I couldn't believe how well it turned out. it looked like it had just came from the factory, I was astonished when I saw it. I absolutely do not regret my purchase from them, they have been more than helpful and have the knowledge to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend them.
