They have good costumer service everyone was nice BUT they did not do a good job on the oil change. They did not secure the underbody cover and my metal undercover was dangling while i was driving on the highway. Will never go back Service: Oil change

The previous employee who checked you out from a few months ago I really liked. This new guy is passive aggressive like a used car salesman. Came in for routine oil change which ive done consistently here. He goes back and forth with me for 3 minutes bc i didn't want to give my email address to them and says numerous times "well im sorry you won't get a receipt bc we don't give paper receipts anymore" like a soft threat. I said "fine". What business refuses paper receipts for car maintenance? " then he says "we'll get you set up with your same oil (labeled in letters only) and flipped the screen quickly. Then quickly "we'll top your off with your antifreeze for $6". Never a question.. just statements and flipping the screen. At the end, my normal $71 charge is $115. I say "that's too much, what oil did you ring up? That's not how much it costs" (repeat customer). He says "oh the prices went up". Me: "by how much?" Him: "a few dollars". Me: "Please pull up the itemized list (which they never show during the 'talk'). He pulls it up and I say "why is my oil $30 more?" him: "oh I'm sorry, I put the wrong oil in by mistake.. you had the blah blah oil". Me: "but you said this is the same oil I had last time 🧐" Completely sneaky- too bad for people who don't pay close attention. I didn't even argue over the $6 antifreeze charge that I never agreed to. He also gave me a long spill about how bad my air filters needed replacing..I easily said no thank you. Surprisly after trying to force me to give me email address as the only way to get a receipt, he must have forgotten and the receipt printed out automatically. Wow, magic. Service: Oil change

I came in for an oil change and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I initially came in for an oil change, when the manager showed my air and cabin filters, there was no question they had to be changed. The service was fast and the prices were competitive. Most of all I appreciated the friendly manner of the employees and the manager. I strongly recommend them. 👌 Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I went to this Jiffy Lube recently. I usually go to the one on Nicholson Drive further down Rockville Pike. There signature oil price was okay and has gone up a little but there additional services are very pricey. I guess that is how they make their money. I had the signature oil change which was $48.99 but I had them replace the Cabin Air Filter and a small light next to the brake light. They charged me $54.99 to replace the cabin air filter and $14.99 to replace miniature bulb in brake light. Total = $125.29. Please ask them to give you price for the small additional services as they could cost you big money. Looking back I should have bought the cabin air filter and went somewhere else to have it installed. I will never go back to this Jiffy Lube. Also they will not honor any kind of discount a manager from a different Jiffy Lube gives you because the manager said he was a franchise. Maybe never go back to Jiffy Lube period. I came here in June for a routine oil change. It turns out they didn’t put enough oil in AND they told me to come back after 20,000+ miles. I will not be back, as this costed me $130 once all was said and done. Service: Oil change

This place will try to sneak extra charges onto your bill. Don’t let them skip past the screen showing the itemized bill when you check out. No one has time for predatory business practices. Service: Oil change

These guys were efficent and good. They did an oil change ,"topped of my fluids," cleaned and vacuumed my car all in 30 minutes. Just like the name implies. "Jiffy Lube." Service: Oil change

I had amazing service when I went. Everyone was really nice, it went super fast, way cheaper than I expected. They even vacuumed out my front car mats. The icing on the cake was when the technician held open my car door for me to get in, so nice!

I've always had good experiences with jiffy lube. I had one good experience with this location but unfortunately it went downhill after my last two visits. Went in for an oil change and somehow they ended up damaging a skid plate. Even though they replaced it, my car still experienced intermittent grinding noises coming from the bottom. Took it back a second time. They said one of the plates were hanging so they readjusted it. Or so they said. The next day however, the grinding noise returned worse than before. I sucked it up and took it to the dealership. As I said, jiffy lube gives good service for the most part but this one , I will not be returning to any time soon. Services: Brakes, Oil change
