I wish I had gotten his name but the young black man that assisted me was outstanding. He was patient with me when i pulled in and he listened to my needs and made relevant recommendations without being pushy or condescending and they did a great job , fast!

Some of the people who are working on these cars are incompetent and because of that I will never let any of them touch my car again! You don’t know which ones are bad until you have an incident. The manager, Omar Gonzalez, is apathetic and condescending and nobody there apologizes for the mistakes they make. I’m disgusted at this Jiffy Lube and will advise anyone I know against going there.

I was driving by and asked Calvin (Kel) if they can switch winter tires to summer and without hesitation kel said yes. I would highly recommend this location and kel. Great customer service far exceed tire plus may cost more but it's wort it.

Horrible they washed my windows with a oily rag , they did not check my air filter and they over charged me . Never going back they are not good . Service: Oil change

Everyone was very professional. I was able to pull right in and be seen with no wait. They looks at the car and said what they thought should be done and what the manufacturer suggested. They informed me for problems from my previous oil change at a different company. Overall a very nice and friendly atmosphere. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I always get good service here. Not always the same team, but they are always very professional and nice. They are also very attentive to any safety issue that may need attention. Love how they explain and detail the service before they perform anything. 🙂

All of the staff are very friendly and efficient, but I never feel like I'm being pressured to buy unnecessary services. They make sure your vehicle is safe and well maintained. The customer service associate Michael is amazingly kind and gracious. Honestly, I feel like I get better service here than at many high end restaurants!

Terrible experience! I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time in January to get an estimate for an oil change. While pulling up to the lane, the mechanic asks me to pull the lever to unlatch the hood so he can check what type of oil my car takes. After he gives me a quote, I decide to go elsewhere. Thinking that the mechanic has shut the hood properly, I drive off. Some minutes later I get on the highway and the hood flies open completely shielding my view and shattering the windshield!!! Thankfully, I was able to pull over to the shoulder quickly. I had to get my car towed back and get my windshield replaced... After contacting this Jiffy Lube and speaking with two of the managers (that reviewed the video of the mechanic not completely latching the hood), I was expecting that accountability would be taken. I completely didn't expect the run around and undue burden that was put on me to get more than one estimate for the damages, to produce several receipts for the windshield replacement that I PAID for out of pocket and to constantly call for updates. Really disappointing customer service!!
