Best beauty supply store in Brockton, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

This is the WORST pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. The only thing they are consistent at is being rude, incompetent and never on the same page. Everyone on the staff says something completely different from the next. The prescriptions are never ready when they say they are causing multiple trips. And don’t even bother with calling they never pick up the phone. Customer service was no help they are just as infuriating as the the pharmacy staff. ~Lisa

I only come to this place because my other pharmacy stopped taking my insurance. So I called twice today, and,total, i waited 50+ minutes on the phone, no one ever picked up; i hung up and called another cvs in a different town. It's ridiculous, and when I went inside, i asked why no one picked up the phone, she literally shrugged her shoulders and asked my date of birth like it wasn't a big deal. I'm looking for a new pharmacy immediately because they're rude and couldn't care less about the customers and their medications. CVS needs to do better. ~electra101
