This is the WORST pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. The only thing they are consistent at is being rude, incompetent and never on the same page. Everyone on the staff says something completely different from the next. The prescriptions are never ready when they say they are causing multiple trips. And don’t even bother with calling they never pick up the phone. Customer service was no help they are just as infuriating as the the pharmacy staff.

Came in before store was for my 1 year old son’s prescription. Marianne from the pharmacy turned me away because, “they were getting ready to close”. Would not recommend to going here. It would probably be better off closed permanently.

Closed five minutes early today LOL because they “want to go home.” True story. If your hours say you close at 10pm, that’s when you close not 9:55pm. Worst CVS in Brockton. Management take notice because that’s just plain ridiculous. Employees just want to abuse in every which way nowadays. Horrible experience with the Pharmacy. Pharmacist with glasses does not know how to work with people — inconsiderate and rude. Apparently she is notorious for this. How is she still there? Used to be my go to pharmacy for medicine but not anymore. No one should have to deal with a rude person who’s supposed to be courteous when their job is working with people. Such a shame.

It's very convenient for me and I love the text alerts when my prescription was ready to pick up😃👍

The pure incompetence of the pharmacy is astounding. Medication that is ordered to be taken the same day to treat an illness, called in by physician in by 1030 AM isn't ready by seven pm. No apologies. This has happened FOUR times. Additionally, I have called to speak to the pharmacist multiple times in the last six months only to be ringing for 45-2 hours! I have been in the store and have seen this...they just don't answer the phone unless it is from the physician. I have never seen such a disasterously run place. The BBB needs to be informed.

Friday Sept. 17 I dropped a prescription off to be filled (when I got there, there were 3 people inside the pharmacy standing around chatting it up and they ignored me. I HAD to announce myself.) . I was told I would be called that same day to pick it up. No call came. The following day I had to work, no call came but when I got out of work I went and the pharmacy was closed. Sunday morning, just as they open, I called to get the status and I was told nothing was in the system, they didn’t have a prescription for me. The lady on the phone asked, “Are you sure you’re calling the correct pharmacy?” I wasn't, so I hung up and walked it over to the pharmacy. It was the correct one. The cashier checked, nothing was in their system. Then the pharmacist, Nada Lattouf came to assist, she was the person I spoke to on the phone. She asked again for my information, I gave it to her, she said, “No, we don’t have a prescription for you.” I said, “But I came here Friday night and left if right here.” I described the 3 people that were there and the young lady who took my prescription, the pharmacist, Nada said, “I don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have a prescription for you.” She went on to say if they had received the script it would have been entered in the system. I asked her if she was accusing me of lying about leaving it there, because she kept saying, “if". She said no, but all I am saying is that we don’t have it. ALL THIS WAS HAPPENING WITH A CUSTOMER STANDING BEHIND ME. Nada offered up no solutions, only kept saying it’s not there. I asked her, “Then where does that leave me?” At that point, she suggested calling the doctor who prescribed the meds and took all my information. This pharmacist was condescending and displayed a demeaning attitude. She behaved as if somehow I was telling a lie. At one point she said, “I was here Friday night.” I replied, “I didn’t see you.”, and her reply was, “I must have been hiding.” I told her they were the ones who lost my prescription and that they are careless. She said she would call the emergency room and try to get the script and she would call me back in an hour. I walked it back home and within 25 minutes she called to tell me they “found” the prescription. She offered up an explanation why it wasn’t in the system, an explanation that meant nothing to me. I let her know how displeased I was about her behavior, that her tone and attitude was accusative , as if accusing me of lying about leaving the prescription. I told her I wouldn’t let her behavior slide, regardless of her apology. She rightfully told me it’s my “prerogative” to do as I please, and so I shall.

Worst CVS, they are really good at notifying you through text messages that your prescription is ready, when you get there not ready, or tell you it’s out of stock! Slow service, the staff is not informational or reasonable! Every-time i pick up always an issue

We have given this particular pharmacy soooo many chances to get their act together. Here are the list of issues over the last year or so: 1. EXTREMELY long wait times at drive-thru, atleast a 40 minute wait. Have called the customer care and was told that the district manager will be notified because this was unacceptable CVS service.... this was month ago and still hasn't improved. 2. Wrong medication was given TWICE. When the doctor's office is telling you to switch pharmacies because after speaking with the pharmacy staff, the doctor believes that they are clueless and will eventually seriously harm someone, there is a problem. 3. Staff turnover is ridiculous. There used to be a steady employee environment but now the faces are never the same and the staff is getting younger and younger with less experience and lack of basic knowledge. Seems to be a training store now. 4. Scripts are never ready when they are supposed to be. Always late! 5. Unorganized, scattered, hectic environment that translates to poor customer service and dangerous customer care.

First my husband came at 5 they weren’t ready. They said to come back at 8. So I went back at 8 but the worker’s comp insurance wouldn’t go through. So I almost left the store but decided to turn around and go back in the line. When it was my turn again I said I would purchase direct. Then they said ‘oh it’s to late to prep it, come back in the morning.’ So why did I spend 20 min waiting as they tried to get the workers comp in the system, if the med wasn’t ready? Why did they say it was going to be ready at 8 if they weren’t going to reserve it? Horrible service. Reminds me of the time they kept trying to sell expired baby formula at the Cobbs Corner CVS. The poor cashier had to warn me to look at the expiration date before she scans it. Bad brand all around.

I read so many bad report here on cvs 555..I hope they start treating their clients good. But I walked in to book for covid vaccine, a guy at the pharmacy counter told me they are really occupied no space.. (on commercial- yu can walk in). wait until I walked out and went online and got a space same day in one hour time.. I walked back in 1hr. Found the same guy but my dignity doesn't allow me to fight for what I can handle... he couldn't believe my face am back. With that shame you know. So somehow I agree with all this bad comments. Hope their managers reads them.
