THE WORST. Been on hold waiting to reach them for over 40 minutes now. What a joke LMFAOO save yourself the trouble and just go to to the Holbrook location. At least they pick up the phone.

I only come to this place because my other pharmacy stopped taking my insurance. So I called twice today, and,total, i waited 50+ minutes on the phone, no one ever picked up; i hung up and called another cvs in a different town. It's ridiculous, and when I went inside, i asked why no one picked up the phone, she literally shrugged her shoulders and asked my date of birth like it wasn't a big deal. I'm looking for a new pharmacy immediately because they're rude and couldn't care less about the customers and their medications. CVS needs to do better.

Awful! The pharmacy takes days if not weeks to process your refill through the app even though there is approved by your doctor and available at the pharmacy and you have to go in person to see the status because they do not answer the phone never nor update the information. there are only a couple of pharmacists in a very busy place . I have been struggling for weeks to get my mother’s prescriptions refill. Unbelievable

This is the worst CVS store I have ever been. 6 people are working and the drive through is closed. The line is 11 people deep and one “pick-up” window attendant. They didn’t make an effort to make the line move faster.

If you schedule a vaccine appt here, they will ignore you and not cancel your appt so you can’t get it anywhere else. Even other CVS couldn’t get ahold of people at this store. Absolutely asinine , you all should be ashamed

HORRIBLE!!!! the worst unfriendly rude staff ever..Pharmacy is a joke...7-8 hours for perscription to be filled..still not done..Will be using another pharmacy in the future never again. store is poorly managed. wont ever be a cvs customer again

Almost killed me when they put the wrong medication in my prescription bottle!! The pills looked like the ones I take, after taking them for about a week I was very sick and my wife checked them and it was a dangerous psychological medication. I couldn’t eat and lost 25lbs . I had toxic levels of this medication because I took it the way I took my other medication. Had to go to the hospital. Went through detoxing. Come to find out the pharmacist was called away from filling my script and put some of the correct medication and then got mixed up and finished filling it with the WRONG medication. All I got was a sorry!!!!! They also gave my wife the wrong medication but she caught it before she took any! This pharmacy is dangerous, beware!

Oak st. Pharmacy... they very good in text communication. If they tell you, your meds are ready.. they really are...they will not hold you on the drive through for more than 15 minutes..unless there is a big Q..I have been their clients for 3yrs now. After reading the comments on some cvs like 555 belmont.... I can't compare them.

This pharmacy is awful. They attend at a very slow pace. The service is terrible, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They leave you waiting and the staff are rude, especially with the Covid vaccines.

Just picked up photos and the heads are cut off on half my pictures. Doesn’t anyone check these things anymore? I spent a long time editing these pictures for my students. Now I have to resubmit them and I won’t have them for when I need them. I stopped using the pharmacy years ago because they kept giving me the wrong prescriptions. Very frustrated.
