Best clothing store in Danvers, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

This store has the worst customer service and employees not to mention their return policy is a joke. Save your time and money and shop at a different store other than Danvers. If I had the option to give them zero stars I would ~Joe

Went to return a suit jacket and dress pants. I didn't know their policy was you have to have the tags still on, which is totally fine. Lady with long dark hair and glasses was incredibly rude though. She told us we couldn't and basically shamed us for even trying. Would have been completely fine if she was nice and just explained to us the rules about the returns rather than be completely disrespectful. If you're having a bad day at least try to be nice. ~Caroline
