This store is a joke first I found knock off Nike's there shoe selection is mostly women's 7 out of 10 pair of Nike's in this store looked to be fake(knock off's).Nike's have certain smell they use a special glue that smells a certain way its hard to describe.And when I went to the restroom there was human waist smeard allover the walls in the men's room.They had just opened.

Never had an issue here though limited shoe selection. Many different shoes, but only a few sizes available, better to order online.

Every time I come here. I find what I need. Staff is very friendly. I have a wide selection of items to choose from. Great place.

Lots of employees but very little help. Trying to find someone who knows where things are was a challenge. I also don't like employees bickering with each other which is what I experienced. They do have a good variety and selection.

I was looking at weight sets and had mostly made up my mind and went into the danvers store. Demetrius approached me almost instantly to assist me and lugged around multiple different weight sets from the back so I could be sure I got the right one. Both of the cashiers (a young girl with dark hair and a middle aged lady with medium blonde hair) were super friendly and helped me setup a rewards account in less than a minute. I have never had an experience that involves multiple people in retail where all of them are nice, courteous and care about the job. This was a very pleasant surprise and other retailers can only hope to have a team like this.

Absolutely love this store always the best service always very helpful employees always polite!! I never feel rushed out of the store even if I'm rushing right before they close!! I can't say enough great things about this store!! I even have the chance to have the manager help me last Christmas right after I had just lost my son and the manager was above and beyond thoughtful, and went above and beyond to help me get what it was that I was looking for as well as helped me get everything at a awesome price!!! Hands down always go to this store!!! Thank you!!!

Store couldn't handle soccer rush. Cleats not stocked on floor and only one employee getting them from stockroom. We waited 45 minutes. The manager called later and said there are kiosks you can order shoes from back room. If I had seen one of these, I would have used it. I would have bought more great if service was faster. I appreciate the call back from the manager.
