I love that the rack has affordable prices. The only draw back is that you may not get what you're looking for in your size bit it's worth the try.

Let's start at the beginning. I received TWO $98 sweaters for Christmas from Nordstrom. I had the receipt tried to return one they would only give me $37 store credit back because I was not the original purchaser. I used the gift card to buy my husband sneakers from the rack. They were clearly marked size 12 but they were at least a size too big (mismarked?). First I was asked to prove that I purchased them which I did. They would not let me return or exchange them because it was past their return deadline. So this company somehow gets to keep $98 and me the customer gets nothing. Interesting way to do business. Not to mention unethical. An credit/exchange would have been fine. But no. WTG NORDSTROM

Went to return a suit jacket and dress pants. I didn't know their policy was you have to have the tags still on, which is totally fine. Lady with long dark hair and glasses was incredibly rude though. She told us we couldn't and basically shamed us for even trying. Would have been completely fine if she was nice and just explained to us the rules about the returns rather than be completely disrespectful. If you're having a bad day at least try to be nice.

It's the nearest to me, so I go. But it's trashed and hard to shop. Probably the worst one I've been to, but again, it's the closest, so I'll still go once in a while. You can find some good items in the chaos.

Try to make a return on a gift I received and was treated like a common criminal. The dark-haired lady with the customer service desk on the first floor is very rude. Me and my family will not be buying from them again and I do not recommend shopping there it's extremely overpriced and God forbid something doesn't fit you're stuck with it if you don't have a receipt.

What a horrendous customer service experience. Never once have I had a decent checkout process at this location. The line is always so long, because the cashiers are either in the bathroom or sleep walking. If you have a return, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You’re better off just keeping what you bought because by the time you get up to the register you would have wasted half your day.

Will NEVER shop here again. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but after going there last night and waiting in line for 25+ minutes when there was 1 register open 1.5 weeks before Christmas -- DO BETTER! Maybe you should train your cashiers to ring better instead of chit chatting.

Great clothes, terrible customer service. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review and know it is very hard to find great employees right now, but this has been a consistent issue at this store. They are unfriendly, have zero sense of urgency, have inappropriate conversations in front of customers, and are 90% of the time just rude. Today I realized I forgot my wallet and when I asked I was barked at “no holds, store policy.” Then the person stormed off to yell at a coworker before I could reply. I’m sure they deal with Karen’s all day, but this is a bit much. I dread checking out every time. At least their “store policy” saved me about $200 in shoes!
