Best packaging supply store in Medford, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

We recently used Premium Q movers and could not be any happier. It was a long hard day for the movers but they were very professional, kind, hard working and efficient. We moved from Malden to MetroWest area. Our Malden house was up on a hill, 20+ steps to the front or side door but these guys made it look easy. We also had a shed in the back yard, another 6 steps to get to the back yard, again they made it look easy and not once did we hear them complain. What is even more amazing is that everything made it to the new house and NOTHING was broke, damaged, scratched or dented, truly unbelievable. We used them the next day to move furniture out of a couple of storage units, again nothing but amazing. I would highly recommend Premium Q and if we ever move again they will be my first call. Thank you to everyone of the crews that made a very stressful day go so smoothly, we can't thank each of you enough. ~Glen

Worst UPS store. I live nearby so sadly it is the most convenient but the wait is usually terrible even if the line isn’t very long, they aren’t always open for posted hours, they charge $1 for printing a label + $1 to tape the bag shut, and today they told me their printer has been broken for several days so I can’t even ship something from there. The FedEx ship center in Station Landing never charges for printing or taping, and even will print return labels for USPS and UPS for me to free. Anytime I see I need to return something from UPS I immediately despise the thought of going to this store. ~Brittany
