Worst UPS! Even though they have multiple work stations, somehow there is only one person working there due to which customers have to stand in long queues. Had to wait for 20 minutes just to drop a quick amazon return item.

They deleted my descriptive yet highly constructive review earlier, so let me be paraphrase: the service here is horrible. Arbitrary hours (i.e. open till 6:30 PM but only drop off packages accepted after 6 PM), poorly functioning equipment, and a general lack of staff and their patience makes the whole experience frustrating. It's the summer and the AC was off and everyone was sweating due to the poor ventilation.

Quite literally the worst UPS store I have ever been to. I brought 4 items to be shipped and spent a total of 30 minutes with the attendant trying to ship them. A miserable experience overall and I will absolutely never step foot in this store again. I regularly ship for business purposes and this is my first time at this particular location but it was such an unbearably painful experience. At one point the attendant who I had asked to box the items for me pulled out a box and almost taped the box closed with the items sticking out of the top. At this point I told him that I would prefer he found a box that fit my items properly that way they didn’t get damaged during shipping. At that point I decided to take those 2 items and go to another store to ship them. If I could give 0 stars for this location I would.

Brutal experience at this UPS store. They are very inefficient. Had me wait for 10 minutes when they knew they couldn’t accomplish the task I needed.

Worst UPS store. I live nearby so sadly it is the most convenient but the wait is usually terrible even if the line isn’t very long, they aren’t always open for posted hours, they charge $1 for printing a label + $1 to tape the bag shut, and today they told me their printer has been broken for several days so I can’t even ship something from there. The FedEx ship center in Station Landing never charges for printing or taping, and even will print return labels for USPS and UPS for me to free. Anytime I see I need to return something from UPS I immediately despise the thought of going to this store.

I've been a steady customer of this UPS store all the way back to early Riverside Ave. days when Barry was the Proprietor. Prior to the newest owners and management, the place was failing miserably but, this new staff has the knowledge and concern as well as the operating efficiency the public can appreciate! They have my vote!

I’m not sure about the last reviewer but they should give the company a break considering we’re in a global pandemic. I live right around the corner and the thing that I love most about the store is they have an email address which you can send your résumé to and have you print it on high-quality paper. A lot of people don’t have printers these days so it’s very helpful. I’ve also attached a picture of the store operating hours I frankly wouldn’t trust google all the time regarding this information. I have also enclosed a picture of the email address which you can send files to be printed
