I contacted "Premium Q Moving and Storage" at the suggestion of "Demetrios International Shipping" in connection with my moving abroad. The company has been very responsive over both phone and e-mail, and very efficient while working on a tight schedule. Just yesterday a crew from this company came to my place and picked up all my boxes and furniture: Adrian, Chris and Marius have worked wonderfully with me and as a team - very competent, fast, knowledgeable and helpful whenever I asked for advice on a particular item, very careful and considerate in wrapping and handling everything, very pleasant and kind in their demeanor. Just great. I highly recommend them.

They were extremely professional and diligent when it came to taking great care with our possessions as well as navigating a very difficult situation with a second floor move and some very heavy pieces. We recently used Premium Q movers and could not be any happier. It was a long hard day for the movers but they were very professional, kind, hard working and efficient. We moved from Malden to MetroWest area. Our Malden house was up on a hill, 20+ steps to the front or side door but these guys made it look easy. We also had a shed in the back yard, another 6 steps to get to the back yard, again they made it look easy and not once did we hear them complain. What is even more amazing is that everything made it to the new house and NOTHING was broke, damaged, scratched or dented, truly unbelievable. We used them the next day to move furniture out of a couple of storage units, again nothing but amazing. I would highly recommend Premium Q and if we ever move again they will be my first call. Thank you to everyone of the crews that made a very stressful day go so smoothly, we can't thank each of you enough.

We had a great experience with PremiumQ for our local move in MA. After getting an unreasonably high quote from a different moving company, we booked PremiumQ at a much more reasonable rate. The coordinator Josh was easy to deal with, clear, responsive, and honest. The movers Juan, Eugene, and Ramon showed up on time and worked both carefully and efficiently to move our furniture. They even figured out how to get our couch down a narrow staircase, which our previous movers couldn't do! They wrapped all the furniture and nothing was damaged or broken. They pointed out any pre-existing flaws in the furniture ahead of moving it to avoid confusion. The total time and final bill for the move was very close to the original estimate. The only hiccup was that 3 guys showed up instead of 4, but Josh quickly adjusted our hourly rate to reflect that. Also, the movers did not bring COVID masks as requested, but we managed to interact with them mostly outside and for brief period indoors with the windows open. Overall, great experience. We highly recommend PremiumQ!!

By far the best movers we have ever used. They set up a cross country move for us from the Boston area to the Seattle area, a 4 bedroom house that required special boxing and a crate. When we arrived to our new home the builder made the driveway so steep they could not get the trucks up, this of course worried us as most places would charge a huge amount to accommodate ferrying from one truck to a smaller one. However, they came in UNDER the estimate, which was already lower than when we used Allied and were crammed on a truck with 3 other houses. Adrian and Mario handled the unload professionally and, honestly I can’t recommend them more highly. The partners they had out here were great as well. Also, shout out to Victor who gave a hyper-accurate quote and remained in constant contact. Great work, by a great moving company! Oh and we only had 3 items to mark as damaged that has never happened before and we have moved over half a dozen times.

I used Premium Q movers after being recommended from a friend and they were amazing! I had Adrian and Amiccar move my one bedroom/kitchen into my new place and it was so seamless and smooth! I cannot recommend this company enough- I will be using them again for my next move. Adrian and Amiccar were efficient but took care in transporting all of my things, the entire process was so smooth. They arrived in a timely manner and the process took just about 3 hours total. Moving is stressful as it but these two made it a pleasant experience. 5 stars all around! If you're looking for a moving company, don't hesitate to reach out Premium Q!

Premium Q moving was amazing. They were punctual, friendly and fast! I hadn’t been able to use a headboard due to having missing screws. They were able to find some screws and put the head board on! Their rates are reasonable. I 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again for all my moving needs!

I needed to move in a week, emailed Premium Q and right away I got a reasonable estimate from Josh S. On moving day Marius and Adrian showed with a great attitude and very professional. They carefully wrapped my furniture moved many boxes precise and carefully placed them in the truck. Came time to unload and again carefully unloading and placing all my items where I wanted them. These two young men are amazing & outstanding!! I would highly recommend this company to move your home or business. Best movers ever!
