Just getting used to the new location ~Danielle

This is the worst KFC I ever been. We ordered through DoorDash at 8.30pm and told us food was ready at 9pm but food was not even prepared when we got there. I don’t think staff there are well trained. We didn’t get food until 10pm. I choose to pick up cus I don’t want to wait here. Terrible experience here! ~Cass

Your April 29,2022 flyer had Friskies cat food listed. My wife has been trying to get some for a while, however, we went to our Middletown CT store and the shelves were bare. This is par for your stores. How can you corporate people sleep at night when you put out flyers that are false. You people got your corporate job because your boss could not put up with you and passed you on to get rid of you. I have been to 3 stores with the same result and you sit there and look for good reviews. ~Robert

Fully stocked. Amazing display of items. Food was fresh. Lots of parking. Flower section was nice. This location offers self-checkout, which is very convenient. ~Mister

So I am standing in line behind one other person who is placing a colossal order for 10 minutes, fine it happens. But when the employee finishes that order she starts to make a coffee and places it on the counter for the fourth person in line and says “oh he always brings exact change”, excuse me I’ve been standing here patiently for 10 minutes and I also have exact change with my debit card, what so now there’s priority for certain customers because they were regulars. I won’t ever be coming back to the store again. ~Burger

Are you kidding. I’ve lived in Boston my whole life actually Quincy right near the original Dunkin’ Donuts and I’m telling you Donut King blows them away in every and all categories. The coffee is beyond better. The donuts are so much better I can’t even explain it in words. Even the breakfast sandwiches are better. Another great thing about Donut King is the people that work at both locations are so much nicer and cleaner then the people who work at Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s just a better caliber of people. No offense no anyone who works at Dunkin’ I am just giving my honest experienced opinion. Donut King always a better choice by far. ~Danny

I’ve been patronizing CBC for years, but this was my first time at this location. The staff was pleasant and efficient, the coffee was great (as always), and the bagels were fluffy and delicious. Highly recommend stopping in! ~Pamela

I had the number 1 is was delicious scramble egg French toast turkey sausage and home fries. Only things bad about the breakfast was the home fries they were not to my liking . The customer services was on point the waitress by her and managed. To make sure everyone had everything they needed . This was the most horrific experience possible. They rescheduled on me 2x. Then the guy showed up late. Then when he left I saw the entire driver and passenger sides of my car were covered in glass shards! The guy broke the glass getting it out and instead of cleaning it up or telling me, he just took off. How in the world can a glass company leave a car covered in glass shards and stay in business? ~Tom
