There are so many of the chain's stores in this area that even with your eyes closed, you will get into Dunkin '. Therefore, if you do not want to go far, you can go to the coffee shops. They have good coffee too!

Very disorganized. Long wait for latte that was made iced when we were asked twice if we wanted hot. When we got the corrected (hot) one it was still made wrong. We noticed other patrons waiting for longer than you would expect as well. One even had to tell the manager what he was waiting for in order for it to be made at all! Everyone was friendly and with a little bit of redirection I think they could definitely be better. Perhaps they just had their afternoon team in a little too early!

Customer service doesn't exist. Order was wrong, bagel cut like my 3 years old did IT and all items crowed in the small side paper bag. charged the wrong price and no apology ever, can't scan gift card correctly...nothing was right with this visit and hasnt been the few previously. Was hoping they changed but NOPE!

So I am standing in line behind one other person who is placing a colossal order for 10 minutes, fine it happens. But when the employee finishes that order she starts to make a coffee and places it on the counter for the fourth person in line and says “oh he always brings exact change”, excuse me I’ve been standing here patiently for 10 minutes and I also have exact change with my debit card, what so now there’s priority for certain customers because they were regulars. I won’t ever be coming back to the store again.

Dirty, slow, and under staffed. I order a simple hot coffee 15 minutes ahead every weekday and 3-4 days of the the week the coffee isn't ready and/or is wrong. This store is the only one on my way to work or I'd never come here.

The server did not speak in complete sentence. (Anything else? swipe.) I felt like my order was a burden on this individual and I got 1 coffee and a donut... The floors were a mess, and the place smelled ...not fresh. My coffee was burnt, but I've grown to accept that DD can't not burn a cup of coffee... The only reason I go is because there is nothing else to do while I do my laundry... Other than that, I would avoid this place...

I went to order food with my friend and my mom was waiting outside in the car. We ordered then we kept waiting, and like 20 mins passed and we still didn't get our food and drinks. My mom had to go because she didn't think it would take so long so she left. After a few more minutes we got most of our food, but they still didn't give me my bagel. I didn't know what was taking so long so I want to just wait, but making a bagel didn't take over 40 mins. I was getting frustrated so I went up to the counter and asked the lady where my bagel was. She was like "OHMYGAWD, I'm so sry I totally forgot all about it." She then went to make it. 5 minutes later she gave it to be and was like I'm so sry, but it didn't sound genuine and she sounded distracted. So, we got some napkins and we left. Since my mom already left we had to walk. While we walked pass the store I heard some one at the back of the Dunkin Donuts store. That person was the same teen lady that forgot "all about" my order and she was talking really loud and I saw some other people walking looking at her. She was talking really loud and I couldn't help over hearing her talking about her ex on the phone and telling the person on the other side of the phone to unfollow the ex on social media. Not only that but she was also smoking. Forgetting about a bagel, that's forgivable, but ranting about your problems and smoking while you are suppose to be working isn't the best thing to do if you want to maintain your company's image. I don't suggest anyone come to this branch. I recumbent the one on Hancock St. I went there and the lady behind the counter was really nice and joked around. The difference between the two branches were really astonishing.

The service was not as good as it used to be! They are either in rush or they just give serious looks like get the hell out of here! I dint really like service there! I think they need to improvise customer interaction and maintain a smile at least when talking to customers!

Absolutely the worst DD I’ve ever tried. Cold brew is unreasonable strong. Coffee beans taste after several creams where added. Stomach felt very bad after this coffee.

Customer service is horrible. There was two working the counter and not one of them said hello. I ordered two coffees and they didn't even write on the cup witch one was witch. The only one I've been in that treats you like that. Any other Dunkin Donuts is great.
