Literally the worst drive-through experience in my life, and they ended up getting my order wrong. total disaster.

Everyone who works here is amazing except the Asian manager who worked here on 08/07/2022. The guy tried to sell me a French vanilla ice coffee when I had ordered an iced mocha latte. Got aggressive and argumentative when asked to replace, asked me to mix the coffee and it’ll taste like what I ordered when I can see the thing is full of water. Atrocious. Created a whole scene in the drive through. It came to either I cancel my order or take the wrong order. I still did get charged for the order but I returned everything cos I wasn’t sure if my order was made right after such an altercation.

I've had mistakes on orders before, but never had them just leave out a whole sandwich before today. The place was empty and it took all of two minutes for them to bring out my order, so it's not like they were overwhelmed. Just couldn't be bothered to look at the order close enough to see it said two of the same sandwich. Edit: been going here regularly for a few months now. Only issue I have on a regular basis is customization not being followed. Just recently got breakfast here, ordered 2 sausage McMuffin with egg, customized it to no cheese no butter. Had to wait 10 minutes, heard them talking about remaking it, heard them asking which ones were customized. Finally got it, looked fine so I ate it....then spent the day getting violently sick from eating dairy somewhere. They left butter on it. Check your food closely. Every time.

Paying customer trying to use the restroom and they stated it’s closed at night due to crack heads. I told her I had to pee really bad but she didn’t care. Do better, make a key for paying customers

This McDonald's is poorly managed this is the second time I've showed up late night early morning and they did not have food they claimed it was for a deep cleaning but last time I was here it was because they ran out of food on a Saturday night I sat there for quite a long time on the app to get my discount lol to place the order and then went to the drive-thru and the person said it was closed I asked what was going to happen to the order that I had just placed online and he just said I have no idea that is something I don't deal with was no help at all couldn't even find an answer like basically you placed your order oops no you paid money no food... maybe if you're going to be closed put a more dominant sign up on the drive-through or somewhere where saying its closed when you pull into the parking lot so people aren't sitting there putting orders in

Fast McDonald's went through the drive thru and my order was accurate and the people working inside prepared my order fast and efficient. Very pleased with this McDonald's also the employees were so nice and happy.

Went through the drive though, appeared clean, wasn't a big line at the time I went which was really late, around 11:45pm. Was expecting dried up fries and a bad burger at this time but was psyched that it was all hot and fresh. I hardly ever run into that if I happen to go to McDonalds that late at night. So, for that alone, five stars.

Been here countless times. It is the busiest and longest fast food place around. Waited over 30 minutes stuck in their new drive thru. Which traps you in by design.

Sometimes understaffed, but just for this amazing cone, 5 star is a must. I use the mobile order and pick up in store for the most of the times, but the new parking lot and the drive-thru stand is nice to have. Btw the mobile app really has some good deals in it.
