Since January, Precision Auto Repair has been a huge help for me not once but twice. I live in Southern Connecticut, but have family near the repair shop. I have had car problems twice while visiting family, and both times, I chose to go to Precision Auto. The customer service was excellent. The mechanics know their field. Very courteous and the repair costs were very reasonable. The second time I went, it was an urgent matter with my vehicle. I would not have made it back to CT without getting my vehicle fixed. Precision took care of the problem right away. I can't thank them enough. James, the owner, even reached out to me afterwards to make sure all was going well. He's great, as is all of his staff. Joe is an old fashioned, honest and hard working mechanic. He will not do what doesn't need to be done. He will provide you a fair price for the job and do it right. I have been taking my vehicles here for years and currently have a 2008 Nissan Versa with 186,000 miles on it. I believe that it in part, thanks to Joe! ~Adam

Really loved my service at Balise Collision Repair! I have USAA and unfortunately they didn’t have any certified shops in the area and I had to choose one.
