I would definitely recommend!! Brady went above and beyond to get my mom and our accounts switched over. Entire staff was helpful. We both saved well over $100 on our monthly fees over our old carrier and that’s including unlimited home internet in our rural area of Bristol MI. ~Tammy

Verizon refuses to take your phone back at the store so you have to rely on them to send you the return box. I never received mine, even after I had repeatedly asked for it. Then I was charged almost $900 for not turning my phone in. Then they told me they were sorry they didn’t send it and that I would be credited my $900 back in three days. After three days I called, no money. After being on hold for three hours they decided I need to turn my phone in to get my money. So now I am yet AGAIN waiting for Verizon to send my return box so I can get my $900 they STOLE from me over two months ago! On top of all of that, they were charging me for an additional line I never had! What a joke. I shouldn’t have to pay $900 because you guys can’t get it together enough to send people a return box. Can’t wait to cancel this awful phone company. ~Mary
