Verizon refuses to take your phone back at the store so you have to rely on them to send you the return box. I never received mine, even after I had repeatedly asked for it. Then I was charged almost $900 for not turning my phone in. Then they told me they were sorry they didn’t send it and that I would be credited my $900 back in three days. After three days I called, no money. After being on hold for three hours they decided I need to turn my phone in to get my money. So now I am yet AGAIN waiting for Verizon to send my return box so I can get my $900 they STOLE from me over two months ago! On top of all of that, they were charging me for an additional line I never had! What a joke. I shouldn’t have to pay $900 because you guys can’t get it together enough to send people a return box. Can’t wait to cancel this awful phone company.

Make sure you ask what pro rated new bill gonna be. They never explained this and have 9 days to pay $628.

Set up a business account and every month when my bill came it was way over (double+ Sometimes) what it was suppose to be. This continued for the duration of my stay with Verizon. I was patient and tried to have things figured out with the staff month after month. Every month I would personally go into the store to pay my bill and get things sorted. Every time I would go into the store, I was told something was wrong with the billing and that they would get it figured out and I would be hearing from them soon.. this never happened. After paying an absurd amount of money over the past 9 months (6k for 3 lines and internet) I am taking my business elsewhere. I have wasted money that will not be refunded and I highly recommend you do not make the same mistake.

The store handled my problem in 15 minutes. I was on the phone for 3 hours and got nowhere before I went the factory store. 5 stars for the store 0 stars for my Verizon call-in help.

Zachary was absolutely hilarious and good for a new guy. My girlfriend came in to get a new phone and we laughed the whole time. The trade in was awesome and our new phone became basically free if we did a contract. The accessories were a tad pricy. Very pleased overall

They certainly aren't as good as they used to be in almost every area: myVerizon isn't as easy to navigate, online selections for assesories/cases leave much to be desired and are awefully expensive compared to prices found on Amazon, Best Buy, etc. which would be okay if my local store at least had merchandise in it that I could pick up same day but seeing how they don't, why wouldn't i shop elsewhere when Verizon wants $30 for a crappier case than the ones for $9.99 elsewhere? Their customer service is not as helpful, or as caring really as they used to be either. I don't know. I was so happy when i was going back to Verizon but now I'm just like blah about it.

Terrible!! I've been a customer for years and I'm about done with Verizon.. The manager is clueless It's okay if you don't know what to do. I would likely be okay with that.point me to the right direction, Person who knows.. Tech support? Nope... I've lost faith in the company.. The costumer beside me had a new phone and he couldn't help.l her either. And the store stinks inside too.. Bad..
