I came and tried to have my check cashed and the teller lied and said she couldn’t help me so she could go home. I tried to ask a question, and they completely ignored me at the door. I can’t believe this is the standard for customer service at this location.
Update: Because the teller didn’t want to cash my check, she suggested I use the mobile app which would make a portion of the funds available. For whatever reason, there was an error with the app and depositing the check in the atm caused a duplicate transaction, resulting in a hold on my account. I called customer service and they informed me I could go in and ask to withdraw the money from my savings account until the issue was resolved. I’m pretty sure they must have heard about my complaint because when I arrived, the same two bankers were present and very stoic. I explained how her wrong information resulted in many inconveniences and I was still denied service. I was upset when I heard on the phone that she would have to ask the manager for permission to release the funds, but she never even moved from the desk and just decided, again, that she couldn’t help me. After wasting about an hour here, I drove across town to another branch, explained the exact same information and was able to make the withdrawal with no problem. Needless to say, I probably won’t be returning to this branch even though it’s the closest location to my house. ~Deashia
