So I have been dealing with this horrible bank since 2020. I have never in my life wanted a business to close to bad. I completed an online application for a car loan. It’s been three weeks waiting on a decision because apparently they are backed up and can’t get to everyone right away. So I called customer service only to find out they would respond in 24/48 whether they are going to give me the loan or not. The car may not even be available anymore!! After explaining this to the agent, she became quiet. After I repeated my frustration, still silence. I need businesses to know one thing, YOU ARE NOTHING WITHOUT YOUR CONSUMERS!!!! Hope Credit Union, I have no problems transferring my money and business to my other bank. I no long want to do business with you all!! Good day! I will be closing my accounts today! I do NOT want your assistance getting a vehicle. Baby I would rather walk!! ~Angela
