Best used tire shop in Gladstone, Missouri (MO) 2024

I called the Gladstone store with my son because his account was past due and they were talking about Repossessing his wheels and tires. I spoke with the account manager KP. She was great, not only did she go over how my son payment plan went she broke down why it was so much and how the interest kicked in after six months. She was very upfront and to the point. I informed her that he is only paid semi-monthly now compared to when he was being paid weekly. She broke the math down and told us how to make our payments that would stop him from getting late fees. I can not lie before this conversation I told my son to just give the tires and wheels back, but the account manager made us feel better about our account and fees after this. Job well done KP. Never experienced great customer service from this company before until then. ~Sherrel
