I called the Gladstone store with my son because his account was past due and they were talking about Repossessing his wheels and tires. I spoke with the account manager KP. She was great, not only did she go over how my son payment plan went she broke down why it was so much and how the interest kicked in after six months. She was very upfront and to the point. I informed her that he is only paid semi-monthly now compared to when he was being paid weekly. She broke the math down and told us how to make our payments that would stop him from getting late fees. I can not lie before this conversation I told my son to just give the tires and wheels back, but the account manager made us feel better about our account and fees after this. Job well done KP. Never experienced great customer service from this company before until then.

This business is allowing unauthorized payments from my bank account because an account holder of theirs owes them money and they used my debit card. For whatever reason, they will not remove my card from file. So, I am spending my birthday disputing this with my bank. What a wonderful business.

I’m sure there are tire dealerships everywhere that have so called great deals. But I’m telling you that Gladestone RNRTIRE’s have always done me solid deals on my tires, rims. I’m on my fourth set of rims and fifth set of tires. The respect and professionalism of the whole team is great and I’ve referred several friends and persons who have been happy too. They are are more than a dealership they treat you like family every time I call or been into the store with me and other customers in the store at the same time. Paul, Sully, Mike, Kim and Jarrod. This is the team at Gladstone RNRTIRE’s whom has helped me and they are Professional at their jobs.

This business is authorizing payments from my bank account for someone that owes them money. I've never bought anything from them. When I've called to take my card off file they say they cannot because the person that owes them money authorized my card. I'm sure this is illegal because they will not take my card off file. The account manager and customer representative are beyond rude, interrupt me, and are doing bad, illegal business practices, all because someone owes them money. They are reported to my bank, and I would never use them as a service. Go somewhere else.

Got the tires I wanted for a good price. Great service!!! Guys at the counter were phenomenal!!! Ladies in the back very professional! Will be doing more business there, and making sure to refer friends and family!!!

Definitely a 0 star service location. Don’t be late on a payment because the account manager will call you being loud rude and Obnoxious. Then when you hang up on her for clearly being disrespectful they text you threatening you. So I called back to speak to someone else preferably mike who’s a lot more friendly and the account manager claims I can’t talk to anyone else but her. Lord if I could take my car back and get these tires off and have it towed somewhere else I would. Why work in customer service if your attitude is constantly nasty and snobby. It’s very clear that corporate can care less about how their account managers act. For the record her name is Kim Mo location

This was my first time at RNR. They have a very friendly and professional staff. The technician assessed and took care of my tire repair right away and I was on my way. I will be doing business with RNR again.

This is my second experience with RNR tires. First time went amazing with the payment plan, paid off same as cash with no issues. Needed tires again so thought okay I will go back. This time around dealing with the new account manager Kim has been horrible! I was behind on one payment due to fruad with my card. Kim had called that Tuesday that followed my schedule plan date to make me aware of the payment not going through. I started to tell her why but before I could even finish she started to yell and say if you dont pay by noon tomorrow we are repoing the tires! and hung up. Mind you I have paid one set of tires off before within the same as cash term, I am a returning customer! Called the Raytown location cause I did not want to talk to her again. They told me to speak with Paul. Spoke with Paul and assured him I would pay by 1:30 the following day which I did. Then I thought payments were coming off automatically called to verify got Kim again and she was once again rude. It's like you cant even ask her a question without her jumping down your throat. I was not even behind at this point. Her customer service sucks! Called back and got Brittany who was helpful and gave me the exact information I needed without needing to raise her voice. I could also hear good ol' Kim in the backround yelling at another customer. Them offering little to no money down is a benefit but having to deal with the nastiness from one employee maybe worse than saving up some money and going somewhere else. Their commercials do not match their service. One bad apple ruins the bunch. I will never go back after this and I will tell people steer clear!
