Best logistics service in Kansas City, Missouri (MO) 2024

Called to inquire about the latest time I could drop off a package to be shipped the same day, all I got was an automated voice who couldn’t give me an answer. I was not able to get through to any human operators. A five second question turned into a five minute phone call that led me to no new information. Customer service at fed ex is usually pretty good, but they need to have their employees answer the phone instead of having an automated system that is limited to “yes” or “no” communication/answers. ~Cole

Definitely the most consistently inefficient USPS I’ve ever encountered in the United States. There is always a line 7+ people deep that never seems to get any shorter, people always seem to have problems with their mail, and staff often seem disgruntled. The only reason I visit this one is because it has good hours and I can drop on my pre-paid packages and get out of there fast. I don’t know what the problem is with this location, but it’s been this way the entire 12 years I’ve lived in Kansas City. I hate to leave a post office a bad review, but people deserve a fair warning. If you need to get in and out in less than 30-40 minutes, go somewhere else. ~Kelly
