Best post office in Kansas City, Missouri (MO) 2024

The sweetest man works here! I ran out of packing tape so I planned on purchasing some when I arrived at the store, but he asked me if I had my return label and when I responded that I did he told me to just leave the package on the counter and that he’d tape it up for me. All the while he was very friendly and funny. I will definitely take all future packages here for shipping! ~Hayden

This is the 2nd time in 2 years they have placed a parcel marked "Do not bend" in a tiny apartment mailbox slot. And complaining gets you nowhere, because if you go in to the office, they refer you to the website and give an insincere apology. Maybe hold the letter carriers accountable for their mistakes. ~Vincent

Definitely the most consistently inefficient USPS I’ve ever encountered in the United States. There is always a line 7+ people deep that never seems to get any shorter, people always seem to have problems with their mail, and staff often seem disgruntled. The only reason I visit this one is because it has good hours and I can drop on my pre-paid packages and get out of there fast. I don’t know what the problem is with this location, but it’s been this way the entire 12 years I’ve lived in Kansas City. I hate to leave a post office a bad review, but people deserve a fair warning. If you need to get in and out in less than 30-40 minutes, go somewhere else. ~Kelly
