Porters Ace Hardware

Bought a Big Green Egg from Porters in Smithville. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. They made the experience a lot of fun. They were knowledgeable about the products, but if they didn't know the answer to our question, they would stop and find out. We really appreciated their honesty, not trying to fake an answer or pretend they knew it all. Thanks also for free delivery and set-up! Special thanks to Heath and all involved for a great experience. I’ve never been to a store where the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs as much. They always appear to be having fun and happy you’re there. Highly recommend this store. ~Susan

Donut Palace

These are by far the best donuts I have ever had. No comparison to store donuts at Price Chopper or anywhere else. Very reasonable too. The box they come in is pretty and giftable if you are dropping by a friend’s house. The staff is very kind. We drive out of our way to get donuts here versus the grocery store. ~E

Passion Nail

Came in to get a manicure and did not have the greatest experience. My nails on my left hand ended up longer than my right, causing them to look uneven and sloppy. The filing job was horrible and not consistent. My nails were lumpy and not filed down correctly. I left extremely upset. Fast forward 3 weeks, I’m sitting at a different salon getting passion’s awful mani soaked off, and once my polish was soaked off I was shocked to find a nasty fungus on one of my nails. The technician told me that either the tools that were used were dirty, or water got underneath my nails causing the fungus. The water got underneath bc my nails were not sealed properly by Passion. Either way Passion nails is to blame for this and I am very upset. This is extremely upsetting- would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, quality, clean place to get a mani. Very disappointed Service: Dip powder ~Grace

169 Nails

'Cindy' at #3 station is awesome. She pays close attention to detail and seriously gave me the best acrylic French tip nails I've ever had - and I've had a lot over my 64 years ! The shop is clean and everyone was nice. I will go back! Thank you! ~Jennifer

Epic Vision Eye Centers

Close, but no cigar! Thought I’d give them a try since they were local. Read the great reviews (including the few negative reviews). Went there for an eye exam for contacts. Staff were friendly, fast service! HOWEVER…. I left there with blurred vision. Called to request a recheck. He stated I had astigmatism and gave me contacts for that. Left there blurry eyed again. Went to another doctor elsewhere for a second opinion. And my eyes were FINE! Epic Eye Center had given me a weaker prescription than normal! So now I’m out of $200! Unfortunately that was my experience. I won’t be back. ~Joyce
