Came in to get a manicure and did not have the greatest experience. My nails on my left hand ended up longer than my right, causing them to look uneven and sloppy. The filing job was horrible and not consistent. My nails were lumpy and not filed down correctly. I left extremely upset. Fast forward 3 weeks, I’m sitting at a different salon getting passion’s awful mani soaked off, and once my polish was soaked off I was shocked to find a nasty fungus on one of my nails. The technician told me that either the tools that were used were dirty, or water got underneath my nails causing the fungus. The water got underneath bc my nails were not sealed properly by Passion. Either way Passion nails is to blame for this and I am very upset. This is extremely upsetting- would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, quality, clean place to get a mani. One of the worse experiences in my life. Made an appointment several days ahead for myself and 2 friends. A girl's day out. Arrived on time and had to wait for 45 minutes. My two friends had lovely technicians. I ended up with a nightmare - a man who was either the owner or manager. Only man there. The things I had to deal with - I brought my own color and he said it was an awful color. It was simply a very light pink color. When trimming, I jumped when he cut me. He said, "well you said you wanted your nails short." Blood everywhere. No apology. I was wearing pants that could not be rolled up for the massage. I explained I didn't' want a massage and he proceeded to tell me that next time wear the right pants. Water was cold. This guy was obviously having a bad day, but he made it a nightmare for me. This visit was a treat of mine for my friends. I'm happy they were happy with their pedicures. Have been using another nail salon down the street - excellent service. I was there yesterday and out of the blue a lady next to me said she will never use Passion Nail again. Wondered if she ended up with this same guy. This prompted me I should write a review. The nail salon is clean and the people are friendly. I’ve gone there several times and my gel manicures last about 3 weeks so they do a good job. *Edit: I have now tried their nail dip two times and those are the Christmas nails pictured. The gray nails are gel polish. They do a great job!

Loved the people and the service was great. They don't really offer a lot of gel polish colors, but offered dip. I just really love gel polish, so just my preference.

I had not been in since pre covid....but I was shocked at the new prices. It seems they have raised the prices a lot. Plus they were a little rough with my granddaughters nails. Filing so hard to cut a finger and rough abrasions on the thumb of my other granddaughter. I think they need to slow down and pay more attention to what they are doing. My granddaughters were too shy to say anything until we were on our way home. My pedi was perfect very gentle and relaxing just pricey.

Best nail place ever!!! I’m from South Dakota and while I was visiting I figured I would get my nails done. Two ladies helped me. The first one who did my nails was so kind and made conversation and did my nails beautifully. The second lady who did my toes did amazing as well. For my first ever pedicure it was so nice and honestly I am so happy with my nails. Next time I’m in town I am definitely coming back!!

They do great work here. Always clean and professional. I enjoy going Into here to get my nails done. They are all very professional with work and truly are great nail techs. They clean the foot spas correctly and seem to be following all state laws. :) Highly recommend for a good SAFE Mani pedi day!
