They take their sweet time when there are 4 workers and 1 customer. Wait longer than your actual appointment. They open very late. They open at 9am and still didn’t open until after 10am at this location. Last time I went I canceled their card and left them for U.S. bank and commerce bank. Also the other banks never gave me a fee except Bank of America. A $10 fee. ~Darlena

I've been a credit union member for many years. I really appreciate and like Commerce bank services and professionalism. There are many bank options and I'm happy I chose Commerce as my bank. ~Lisa

Horrible new location. Unable to accommodate more than one person in the awkward closet-sized space. The ATM room/lobby can probably fit a few more. Don't bother if you need to talk to somebody. Upon a 2nd visit, there were still installers doing more work, so maybe this location will improve when they're done. During the first visit, however, there was no indication that the space was still under construction. Nonetheless, it's still extremely claustrophobic compared to the previous location on Olive. ~Timothy

Their branch did not have any $100 bills and could not cash my 3k withdrawl... 3k is not a lot for a bank and that's where you're supposed to go for money.. banks are supposed to keep a certain amount of money on hand who messed up? ~Becky
