They take their sweet time when there are 4 workers and 1 customer. Wait longer than your actual appointment. They open very late. They open at 9am and still didn’t open until after 10am at this location. Last time I went I canceled their card and left them for U.S. bank and commerce bank. Also the other banks never gave me a fee except Bank of America. A $10 fee.

Yesterday we went to this branch with our 90 yr. old mom to close out her safe deposit box, Justin and Ashley were there to greet us, they were both kind and professional, but the best part was they treated our mom like she was the most important person in there. When we go in the car she said “ it felt like she had her own personal bankers”. Thank you for making her day.

Open at odd times. Understaffed and generally rude. I have been with Bank of America for over forty years...this branch is making me question why.

Very slow. They have 3 employees walking around while only one person on the teller ! And if u ask them they mention covid !

The experience we had with Cassandra, Lending Officer, in refinancing our home, was outstanding. But that wasn’t all. Jonathan, Bank Relationship Mgr, assisted us in getting new credit cards, outstanding as well. This location is so welcoming and knowledgeable, we love it, and it’s not the one closest to us.

Beware, they will call THE COPS on you if they see you in the parking lot too early waiting for them to open. I have never been so humiliated and scared. This branch really needs to reevaluate it's staff because this isnt right. People have gotten shot for less.

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I have a question about my mother's account. I press 4 to talk to someone. The recording I get says they are currently busy. I can go back to the main menu but that will not help me. The recording then says "bye" and they hang up. Very poor customer service.
