Ordered four items through their website at 4:30pm to be picked up at 6:30. Upon arriving at 6:30 my order not ready. When I inquired about my food the employee said they were in the process of making it at that moment because they had fallen behind due to a mad rush moments before. As I waited for my items another customer came in and ordered several sandwiches themselves. They began using foul language in an attempt to make the employee move faster. The employee responded with crude language and rushed through my order to get to theirs. When I got home I opened my wrap and saw this. My wrap was no where near uniform and they literally threw it together. I paid as much for this wrap as a regular foot long, and it had less food inside than a six inch. Usually I am unable to finish my wrap in one sitting, but that was not the case tonight. My other sandwiches looked rushed barely had any substance to them. What happened to quality customer service? It must have left on the bus. ~Nobody

No review can fully encompass just how exceptional MasterTech is! Not only is their customer service wonderful, but the quality work they produce every time is unmatched. As a young, female, college student, it can be very intimidating to have your car worked on. However, MasterTech makes it easy and most of all they’re trustworthy. Everyone there was extremely polite and understanding, to each of their customers. My data transfer took about 30 minutes and in that time I watched 3 young professionals take care of their customers like they really mattered, in a quick and efficient manner. My experience there, was so much better than my last experience at different near-by location. They saved a 10 line customer from going to a different carrier. They should be training others. ~John

I have a cast on my foot and as such, the only shoes I could wear were slippers, even if it made me feel a bit self-conscious. I had almost finished my shopping when I realized I forgot something halfway across the store. The young lady at checkout, Eileen, was so kind and immediately offered to get the item for me. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and was deeply appreciated as it saved me from those painful extra steps. And instead of teasing about the slippers, she commisserated with me about the cast. She made my whole day. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. ~Marie
