Best boutique in Reno, Nevada (NV) 2024

I usually find what I'm seeking, and at a great price. The only reason why I'm writing this review is as a shout-out to sales associates who project an attitude of disdain for the customers they are purporting to serve...as in customer service. I've experienced a mixed bag at Tuesday Morning in three locations, from downright rude to extremely friendly. Last Sunday I ran in to pick up a couple of items. I found the items and proceeded to check out. The young woman took a few moments to come to the check out area as she was busy with some merchandise. She rang me up properly and with time-efficiency. However, she displayed the customer service of someone who would have rather had a colonoscopy than ring up my purchase. Her attitude of disdain left me feeling like an interloper rather than a valued customer. It was not crowded in the store...I saw, perhaps 2-4 other people. I had only two small-medium sized items. It couldn't have been stress. The reason why I'm writing this isn't to get this young woman into trouble, or criticize a store that I like. I just want to point out that customer service positions are an integral part of the shopping experience. In a time where human connection is so fleeting and so important in our lives, the little moments that we can reach out to others in a positive way, regardless how superficial, can impact the quality of our lives. ~Felicia
