I had an ambivalent experience at Tan Max. It’s really hard for businesses especially small businesses to survive during the pandemic. Tan Max is very fortunate and the technician is very eager to persevere through the challenges he faces, which is why Tan Max is able to stay in business for 30+ years.
The technician is very positive and nice to clients who decide to do the repair. If clients don’t listen to him, then the technician will show his bad side, but it all depends on the clients’ personality. The technician claims he is right and the client is wrong most of the time, so be careful when working with him (collect evidence). To those who wrote negative reviews/people who think his emotions ruin his character: Everyone has gone or is going through a rough time now especially with the pandemic. I will recommend people to get their devices serviced here. Clients will be willing to return or visit when the Tan Max Computer continues to work on themselves more, and make improvements on the little things.
No matter who you are whether you own a small business to owning a mansion, at the end of the day we are sinful humans. Humans cannot do anything by themselves; humans need to rely on God to manage life, face obstacles, and so much more.
