Store advertises its business closing hours as 8pm. I arrived at 7pm on the dot and the door was locked. Peer threw the window and there are employees sitting in the backroom so they clearly saw me. If they closed early for whatever reason the least they could do is come to the door. I will stick to South Orange

First time at the location. Rep couldn't tell me if the phone being given to me was a new phone or refurbish... he didn't seem to care. He was politel but obviously young and need to be more professional.. he was a nice guy. We even taught him about call forwarding.. he said he didn't. Know what that was.. lol overall he was helpful

I went to this store this afternoon and had an amazing experience with Shawn and Damian. Shawn helped me with my data transfer and was very patient with me - I had a lot of questions :) And Damian was very kind and helped me to print out the return UPS stamp and attached to the box nicely. Overall, a great experience and I'm very satisfied and happy with their service. Thumbs up!

I went to the store recently and had an amazing experience with Anton. He assisted me with my data transfer and did not rush me through the process. Anton also helped me recovered old photos that I thought I had lost by resetting my google account. I was able to recover some great memories. Thank you! Loved the experience!

Ignorant and Unprofessional I purchased a phone at this store on 5/22/21 and the young woman who helped me was both ignorant and unprofessional. While she was supposed to be helping me transfer my information from the old phone to the new phone (a service for which I paid $20), she was taking personal phone calls and sending text messages. Not only that, at one point she said the download for the app was not working but when I looked at the phone I could see the download in process (green line on circle slowly filling in and closing). When I said, "It now says installing, doesn't that mean it worked?" She wasn't sure so her manager answered, "Yes, it does." I was in the store for a while and when the process was done I just stood there wondering if anything else was needed as she went on to something else, a personal text or a conversation or something. After a minute or so I asked, "So, am I done?" With no eye contact, or a "Yes, your all set. Have a good day" or even a "Yes, thank you and sorry for the wait" she said nothing but a man there said, "Yes, you're done." Also, I was not offered to trade my phone in by the manager even though I could have done so to lower my price.
