Best beauty supply store in Bronx, New York (NY) 2024

Let me start of by stating I was annoyed that Walgreens closed the Rite aid across the street thus making them the only pharmacy chain in the neighborhood. They keep all the stock under a glass barrier that requires an employee to open it up for you. This is just not makeup but diapers, soap, lotion, etc it’s utterly ridiculous. In addition to their prices being high. They only had one line to check out. I’ll be definitely checking for another store not in the neighborhood because it’s simply not worth it to shop like that. ~lisita1020

Horrible customer service, the pharmacy personnel are very rude, unprofessional and lazy. They will pick up and say Hold 20 times, literally for an hour straight and then when they finally pick up they have an attitude and are nasty. Especially Samantha, very rude and disrespectful, and when asked to speak to her manager she puts me on hold, indefinitely. They really need to hire more employees, there is always an extremely long line at the pharmacy. I do not understand how this pharmacy is still running, this location is an absolute embarrassment to the Walgreens franchise and shame on corporate for doing nothing about it. Just look at all the negative reviews. ~Samir
