This place has no sense of efficiency. They function at the speed of snail. No adequate customer service. The line may be 15 people long but no one man’s the pharmacy desk.

This is the worst 24hr Walgreens I've ever been to. Well let me say wanna be 24rh cause when I came at 5 in the morning it damn sure wasn't open. If the store's supposed to be 24 hours I'm not understanding why there are no employees there. Do better!!!!!

As everyone else has said, this Walgreens is horrible...unbelievably understaffed, and long lines almost always. Went to get a passport photo, and left after waiting 15+ minutes (in spite of someone being paged)...

Horrible customer service, the pharmacy personnel are very rude, unprofessional and lazy. They will pick up and say Hold 20 times, literally for an hour straight and then when they finally pick up they have an attitude and are nasty. Especially Samantha, very rude and disrespectful, and when asked to speak to her manager she puts me on hold, indefinitely. They really need to hire more employees, there is always an extremely long line at the pharmacy. I do not understand how this pharmacy is still running, this location is an absolute embarrassment to the Walgreens franchise and shame on corporate for doing nothing about it. Just look at all the negative reviews.

Had a 10:30am appointment for flu shot. Got there at 10:05. I realized I was early, 4 people a head of me. One person's appointment was 9:30am. I checked in . After 11:20 and still not called, Ileft. But not without letting them know , they need to do better.

If i could i would give zero stars they never ever have my online order. i ordered at 1am it was ready for pick up came at 4 pm not ready came 950pm and stilll nothing. Also even when they say they have items instock and they dont unless they just dont want to make online orders i can go on and on about everytbinf thays wrong with this walgreens

Worst experience ever. The service is unbelievably slow. They are completely unorganized and inefficient. I waited almost 2 hours just for a flu vaccine. Additionally the pharmacist who administered it DID NOT sanitize his hands OR wear gloves. He went ahead and wiped the blood from my arm without GLOVES and then proceeded to administer vaccines to 2 additional people, also without EVER sanitizing his hands OR wearing gloves. Would not recommend.

I have been coming here for maybe over six months now and there is always a line at the pharmacy, staff don't seem to care either. Worst mistake coming here, but it was convenient for me , but I rather be inconvenient to get away for this service...

This Walgreens is terrible for the sheer fact that it's completely understaffed. Pharmacy lines are constantly down the aisle and easily at least a 15 minute wait. If you're getting any vaccine, be prepared to be there for an hour despite your appointment time. Want to get at home tests? Wait on line for 25min and then another 15 for them to get them for you. The staff does the best they can however it's too large of a population for the few in store. This is a fail on corporate for not properly staffing them.

Not enough Staff!!! Walgreens needs to step up and hire more people at this location. The lines here are absurdly long daily. This pharmacy services a massive population and Walgreen Corporate needs to acknowledge how much people rely on this location as an essential service!! The Pharmacy consistently only has one register and just handful staff who have to handle way more than they should. The wait times are often 30-1 hour which is absurd especially for the disabled and elderly. Its been worse since they started boosters and vaccines. Theres only one line to pick up prescriptions and to get the shot.. And on top of all this they cut back the hours for the pharmacy… ive seen bigger walgreens in higher income areas that have a surplus of staff..
