Let me start of by stating I was annoyed that Walgreens closed the Rite aid across the street thus making them the only pharmacy chain in the neighborhood. They keep all the stock under a glass barrier that requires an employee to open it up for you. This is just not makeup but diapers, soap, lotion, etc it’s utterly ridiculous. In addition to their prices being high. They only had one line to check out. I’ll be definitely checking for another store not in the neighborhood because it’s simply not worth it to shop like that.

I went to Walgreens to make some purchases once I got to the register I asked the cashier (Vivian) if I can use the bathroom. She then replies that I can use the bathroom in the Supermarket that is 3 blocks away. I stated to her that I am a paying customer and I really needed to use the bathroom. She then states that the the bathroom is near the stock room. Did Vivian try to imply that I would steal something on the way to the bathroom? I was highly offended being that I'm a M.O.S. I suffer from highblood pressure and the meds I'm on can cause frequent urination and it can be very difficult to hold your urine. She showed no concern for my situation at all. I will not visit this store ever again.

We went thr to take a passport photo for my 1 year old Dwayne who is the manager of that place went above and beyond to take my child’s pic even though she was crying the entire time. He even sang her a song lol. Thank you Dwayne u have definitely left a positive image on us for Walgreens and it’s employees.

If you're going here to pick up a missed package from FedEx, MAKE THEM LOOK THROUGH THE PACKAGES. They turned me away claiming that the package was sent back but it was on the back counter. They only checked after I insisted and showed them the tracking number. BE CAREFUL!

Store employees are not reinforcing for customers to wear face mask for protection, puts the customers in a bad position when we have to remind other customers. store manager was helping customer without a mask while Customers with masks were waiting. Bad service from store management.

Never in my life will I step a foot in this Walgreens. disorganized, unprofessional and be prepared to wait 15 mins for check out like you are in a supermarket. They render their customers no apologies or try to make the lines move faster. Insane

Worst service ever from the young Asian girl at the pharmacy. She's denying prescriptions based on her judgement. She can easily confirm the data with the printed control numbers and follow up with the doctors to make sure the prescriptions are legit. Management needs to train this person properly as she's setting up the store to be sued if someone's health is affected by her denial. We took the same prescription to another Walgreens location and they processed it with absolutely no problem and within 20 minutes. The young Asian chick here was just being difficult.
