Enjoy this H&M on 5th. While quite large if you have exactly or something close enough in mind you are looking for you can quickly go to correct floors get in and out without being lured into the massive inventory on every floor. I love the Home floor could spend hours up there. For H&M they honestly have really built out items that for the most part are all high quality and priced relatively what you expect. At first I thought certain items were priced too high but then reading the material and feeling quality, purchasing taking piece home and using it. 100% worth it. From gardening pots, hanging pots, linens, kitchenware, candles that actually have a non department store or typical glade smell and extremely fairly priced. It is a great go to. Highly recommend ~Adam

Phenomenal store!!! Their layout is so clean, music is a great vibe, plants and countless styles with more on their online website. Daniel and Bryant was very helpful in assisting me with the mens clothes on the top floor. They have a lot of classic J Crew and then have collaboration with Japanese brands and other that have a lot of attention to detail and quality. If you are looking for great casual dress wear, this is your spot ~Cherish

I had two negative experiences at Brookfield Place trying to return a dress. First on June 22, 2022 and then on July 6, 2022 at 2.14 pm. First experience without receipt - spoke with manager and she tried looking up how I had purchased the dress with no luck. My friend who was there when I bought the dress also bought one using a gift card which she no longer had. We explained that but the manager did not help. While we were trying to explain ourselves, I noticed that the manager rolled her eyes and so did Cynthia S. The non -verbal energy from the manager was very poor and I felt unwelcomed there. Second experience WITH receipt - Two weeks later I returned because I found the receipt and went back with my friend. The cashier who did the return was also Cythia S who had rolled her eyes at me. I provided the receipt and asked how much credit I would get as it was a store credit. She responded in a nasty and condescending tone that I would have to look at the receipt. At that point the same manager suddenly appeared and she was also looking at me. I had to return and ask who the manager was to which the manager responded she was. I said, "I will write a review on both of you for my negative experience." I will not be shopping at this store again. NEVER. Poor customer and manager experience. not cool!!! ~Vanessa

popped into this BR location bc i was looking for a particular pair of pants. two floor location—women’s on the ground floor + men’s on the second floor. this is a fairly big location for nyc and really well-merchandised. the store is brightly lit, super organized, and really clean—i was surprised that no clothes were out of place and it was fairly busy day. the staff does a a really good job of making this location more than presentable. impressive a staff member ended up helping me find the pants i was looking for in a snap. even the dressing rooms were also clean and well-maintained. staff were really helpful and friendly. in a time when it seems like customer service in store is on the decline in nyc…it’s refreshing that this is not the case everywhere. ~Ruwan

Who doesn't dread trying on swimsuits? This place allayed my fears. The staff was friendly, helpful &, dare I say, encouraging. The woman who helped me brought me suits I didn't think I'd like or be comfortable in, but that actually looked great on me. I ended up buying 2 suits she brought me & none of the ones I picked up myself to try on. So nice to put your trust in an expert! ~Fifi

I love many of their pieces, but just beware, they will not give you a refund for their products. They do not tell you this. Shop with extreme caution because if you don't like something your money is gone. ~michael

Gap is Gap, of course. Always ok, never special or extravagant. If you don’t like the style, you won’t like this place. However, if you’re shopping for basics or quite like Gap, this is where you want to shop. The store is less crowded than your average Gap store, it is clean, easy to navigate and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Happily recommended! ~Michael
