8 Best convenience store in Queens, New York (NY) 2024

This store location always have expired items which shouldn’t be happening since it open to the public and will be reporting this and they will have a visit by the end of this week ~Loopy

This is my local cvs. I dread going in all the time. It’s always under staffed, never has proper stock of needed items, lack of customer service. I need this place to be better. Your unprofessional management of this place is a reflection of our town. ~G

Sorry to say but staff is very rude and disgusting. It was 11:20 am on tuesday. Only one employee was there and asked him for coffee creamer he started showing aditude. When I was paying I asked is the hotdogs are 3 for 3.49$ he said go read there i don't need to tell you Than he started cursing in his language I understud amd reply to him. He said nave come back to this store. Shame on you 7/11 for haiting that'd kind of employe.. ~joga

You wouldn't even receive ONE STAR if I could've managed to do anything but the system wouldn't allow it. The dude who was the cashier late on the night of Tuesday 2 Aug. into the morning of Wednesday 3 Aug. is nothing but a disrespectful animal. I even realized strangely that he was more curtious to the prior 2 customers (being apologetic with one about one thing or another, and respectful to both before me). When it came to me, he was treating me in a very hostile, unwelcoming and disrespectful way. It was so odd that I almost wanted to ask upon my departure from the store and after paying at the register, if this dude was even a "manager" or the "owner" of this store itself, but I realized it would be an awkward question to ask in the midst of an already hostile and impertinent atmosphere and treatment from this dude behind the counter! If he's a clerk, please get rid of him. He's terrible. If he's the actual owner (I doubt immensely) or holds a managerial position, this is the strangest way to attract customers when you have the etiquette of someone who should clean an outhouse. I won't ever spend a single dollar in there. And, side note: it didn't help that they're scarcely stocked with things/essentials and their inventory is lacking (which was why I really decided against that pastry known as "Bear Claw"). Not a cool dude and immensely crude and disrespectful. If he could act in that manner in this environment, I don't even want to know what he's like in a more relaxed environment with more freedom. I am writing a review specifically for the sales associate Tasha. She was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable in my already difficult situation. I ordered prenatal vitamins online that happened to be out of stock. Tasha was able to help me find a in alternative prenatal vitamin from the same company I am comfortable with. She walked me through the online ordering process and waited with me patiently to receive the correct order. Thank You so much Tasha you arr the best! ~Saskia

I love Rite Aide. The store associates are professional and caring. Also, the store is clean and organize which makes it easy to locate items. Hurray! No long lines and grumpy staff. Visit the store. Please don't abuse the associates they are friendly and helpful. This is my store ~Sheryl

I went into the store the two older men were rude. I needed some help with an item and the guy said we can't help and completely ignore me. The attuide of those men are disgusting. I would put them to the gulag ~Billy

You try to go to the pharmacy and update your insurance card before work (between 8-9 am) and the pharmacy is closed. It opens at 9 am which is precisely when work begins for me and most other people. The correct hours are listed on Rite Aid store door, but not on Google, which states that the store has confirmed its hours. Simply not true. The management has to correct this with Google, which most people would rely on to be the most current and updated; to know precisely when the pharmacy (and not just the store) opens. Super unreliable. Now I have to go more days without my urgent prescription as they DO NOT ANSWER PHONES in this place. The other day I made the mistake of coming here around 2:45 pm with my young Kindergartener and the pharmacy line was longer and slower-moving than anything I’d ever seen before. Even with the really good pharmacy tech there. I turned around and walked out because I didn’t want my child to have to stand for too long or have a seat unattended, where I can’t see her. I haven’t been able to resolve my insurance issue all week, because of this. Can’t receive my medication. ~Eva
