I live nearby and it used to be my first choice for an emergency… it used to be that way until an obnoxious and unpleasant Indian woman was hired there. It is not only about the way she serves clients, which are also below average standards, but also about her rude and disrespectful attitude in general. What a shame. .

The store is always messy, they need to do a better job of cleaning it or not to allow people to spill everything onto the floors.

This store deserve no star, the older woman in there very rude and racist, i got to the store for a pick up my first time there and i was the only customer at that time, she was arguing with her co worker who told her it's not good to be angry, i was told by her 1 min like 4 times, 15 mins after she started to cash other customers, i said nicely excuse me I'm waiting and she started to yelled at me, i will never go back there

I would give them ZERO stars because the old indian man worker RACIALLY ATTACKED ME and started yelling at me for no reason. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS 7/11 AND HOPE THEY LOSE BUSINESS. The other worker had to apologize on his behalf❗️I would advise you to never step foot in here either. BEWARE, BE CAREFUL and i wouldnt trust their food. The same glove they handle garbage with is what they make your food with (witnessed with my own eyes).

If I could give a zero I would- however I can’t. Aside from the fact that it is notoriously known that prices/sales are not given unless you ensure that the employee double checks, you often are still overcharged. Aside from that I have a true service dog who goes with me everywhere and has been there countless times this is the second time we were kicked out. Once with a official government trainer, and tonight by a employee. While I was about to check out I was told I had to leave my service dog outside or would not be able to pay- he had all his documents on him. It would be illogical to leave a service dog that’s a true service dog outside the stood when I need him with me, not too mention that it would confuse him. Charlie has been there since he was a puppy and he never once has created an issue- except for bringing more customers in and giving 7/11 more business. Aside from what happened being illegal it both hurt me and yes Charlie as well. It’s a three strikes out game, and if it does happen one more time I know that this location will be losing business because Charlie is not just my service dog (whom I need) yet legally and ethically no one will stand behind kicking someone out who medically needed that service dog there as well as being humiliated in public not too mention causing confusion to a service dog. They have been disloyal secretly charged more double charged (many people say this) rude, incorrigible, unethical, humiliating, hurtful, dishonest and more… I can’t morally or ethically support a business or franchise that endorses those following statements. 7/11 can step up to the plate, or they will be losing business- and this is not a message from me yet from a large majority of the community. I hope the managers choose to make a concilia decision to straighten out their behavior since in kew gardens their is now enough competition that a 7/11 is no longer people’s first choice. I grew up with 7/11 and it would be a true shame to see it come to an end because they couldn’t abide by ethics moral principles and the law. I hope they are capable of changing the way they treat all their customers as a whole.

The worse 7-Eleven I've ever been to. Rude staff who act like they don't know what they are doing ...or maybe they actually don't know what they are doing. They don't want to honor the specials they have and cashier starts to argue when you mention they are over charging you. Wish there was a closer 7-Eleven, staff should really get some training and orientation.

I love this neighborhood 7_11. Always a nice place to make your own coffee. Great selection of everyday items and very neat store. The staff are polite and corteous. You can also get your New York lottery tickets here. Only street parking available.
