I am writing a review specifically for the sales associate Tasha. She was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable in my already difficult situation. I ordered prenatal vitamins online that happened to be out of stock. Tasha was able to help me find a in alternative prenatal vitamin from the same company I am comfortable with. It’s a smallish is rite aid but it’s neat and clean. Before the pandemic the shelves were stocked regularly. In the last two months they’re getting back to having full shelves. They have buy online and pick it up curbside which I’ll do next time. There are self-checkout machines which is great.

O my God!! It's the worst I have ever seen this Pharmacy , from.i am living in the area for years.On Thursday the 5th 9f May, my husband and I went there to pick up some prescription, there was so much confusion, most of them people I the Pharmacy are new, these young ladies doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing.there is a older lady that Needs training.all of them do.The Pharmacist was even worst. My heart went out for those seniors standing in the lines for almost a hour, people were screaming, it was such a pandemonium there. It makes no sense you call.no one will pick the phone up. When Delores is not there ots very crazy.why don't you try and re- hire the the good staff you had there. I mean it's bad!! at rightba

#1 . They don’t answer the phone #2 . They are not knowledgeable of the medications #3 Always out of medications They never have the medications i need all they keep telling me is to come back Wednesday or Monday at 5pm. Seems to me like there truck never came cause i never received my meds when ever i came back. The pharmacy dept always have an attitude when asking a question this is terrible. When asked to go to another pharmacy they don’t want to release the prescriptions.

Young female at the Pharmacy was extremely rude to my mother, and I also witnessed her verbally abuse several other senior residents of Rochdale village. Please amend the practices amongst the pharmacy and the security in terms of professionalism and customer service.

#1 . They don’t answer the phone #2 . They are not knowledgeable of the medications EXCEPT for Delores in the pharmacy They told me the wrong prices for the medications I needed , so I left the store without them. Came back the next day , turned out the med. was cheaper than previously stated & also one of the medications was OVER THE COUNTER!!!! If that was the case I would have purchased the day before🤦🏽♀️

This store did have what I was looking for, a humidifier. I even picked up a syringe to administer baby medicine, which I didn't know I could buy by its self. However, this store did not have a bag large enough for the humidifier. This is NYC where everyone does not drive. Was I supposed to take the bus with a humidifier in my lap? And this store is located in a shopping center. So I had to shop while holding a humidifier on my hip before I was able to purchase a bag from another store. Please step up your reusable bag game, respectfully.

I go this pharmacy all the time and never had a problem with any of pharmacy assistants who I personally finds to be respectful all the time, but tonight 12/4/19 I went there exactly 8:27PM to collect a medication and the pharmacist on duty is a short Indian young man, I stand therefore a few minutes watching him pouring medications. He had his bare hands putting and taking out medication from the counter top he was pouring the medications on to package. I called out to him and told him what he's doing right there is unsanitary and he knows that's certainly not the proper way to pour meds. He looked me straight in the face and denied his actions even though I stand there watching him for a few minutes and even showed what he was doing to one of his co-workers who say she knows what he's doing is wrong. That right there needs to be addressed because he's putting other people's lives at risk . I'm so disgusted by this.
