I been calling the store since monday, no one never answer the Pharmacy phone and when I get there no customers there and the gentleman behind a desk tells me he the only one here. I can’t even find out if my prescription is ready or do I have a refill the service is beautiful but when it comes to calling and getting someone is terrible

I love Rite Aide. The store associates are professional and caring. Also, the store is clean and organize which makes it easy to locate items. Hurray! No long lines and grumpy staff. Visit the store. Please don't abuse the associates they are friendly and helpful. This is my store

They never pick the phone up. I have spent s whole day trying to get some information. Worst customer service. In person they are lovely

WORST RITE AID LOCATION EVER!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star. Customer service is extremely poor, employees are rude, incompetent and arrogant. Today, I was RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED against by a nasty employee who is a front end cashier named June. I had asked her to check the price of an item and I misheard what she said as she has a heavy accent. I asked her to repeat and she rudely replied "can't you hear? You should remove your 'thing ' so you can hear better." I am visibly Muslim and wear a hijab and she made a racial remark in regards to that. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior! She needs to be fired ASAP. Rite Aid - you need to take action if you don't want to lose customers. Rest assured, I will be reporting this on the RITE AID customer service website as well. The pharmacy or store itself never answers phone calls either. There are employees at this location who curse and are so vulgar at even in front of customers. Being a former Rite Aid Pharmacy associate, I'm extremely disappointed in this kind of unacceptable behavior. Behaviors of such kind were not tolerated at the location I worked in. I definitely do not want to return back to this nasty location.

Why don't they EVER pick up the phone? I called from 2 phones, and they both were on hold for 18 minutes till it just hung up. You can NEVER get through. THEN when you go in to ask questions, some have an attitude when they can't articulate why the something costs what it does (actual cost vs insurance portion covered). 🙄 I finally go in to say "I did not pick up a few scripts that are old, but I need to pick up". They only inform me of 2 out of 3. I'm standing there confused because I know I needed a stomach liner/ prescription to line stomach for blood thinner I'll be taking. They decide they will not tell me unless I asked! Excuse me! You give me ALL that my doctor sent over! WTH

The Pharmacy staff in the back are the absolute worst. Everytime I come in to pick up my meds that I called ahead of time for are never ready. They are rude unprofessional. I called this morning to find out when I can pick up my meds @915am They lady pick up told me to hold on and right now 95Oam i am still on hold. I took a photo and will share sith my friends on social media. These woman are always angr including the asian pharmacist. I don’t know how that young man works with them. I dont trust what they are putting in the bottles. Thats it for me and my family!!

I like this particular right aide location. Most of the staff are very friendly, and they have a really nice baby selection, from wet wipes, to things for new moms. They also have a pretty good pharmacy over there, I like there customer service. The prices aren't bad, and there isn't a long wait. And they have a parking lot.
